So, I find goodreads a little overwhelming and I'm not sure how these groups work. On the other hand, I always like being in touch with the Smith ladies. Any one else think it would be fun to have a group?

Jessye Cohen-Filipic | 2 comments I'm definitely interested... not sure how it works, either, but I'm game.

Well, maybe something like..."I was really disappointed with Chronic City. I thought it was like the Truman Show but in NYC."
And then we could have heated banter.

And we'd need to invite more people :)

Jen | 1 comments Hi -- My Smithie friends and I use GoodReads to cyber-spy on each other's reading choices. It is fun to get recommendations and see what is on each other's "to-read" list. I will invite them to this group, thanks for starting it Maria.

I've also been doing the book-swap on GoodReads and I find it to be a great way to get new books would be difficult to get at the library.

Hi Jen, thanks for writing and for reviving the group! I think the cyber-spying is exactly what I need :) - I like to have a nice list to bring to the library with me. Please do invite folks!
