Sort of dead around here. I ordered three used Viragos from www.awesomebooks.com, The Sugar House, SEA GRAPE TREE and O Pioneers!, all with the old green spines. Excelent prices (1.99 pound each, free shipping). Lots of titles I haven't seen readily available elsewhere.

Hi Karen, I haven't read any of those Viragos but have heard lots of positive comments about Willa Cather's writing. One of these days I'll get around to reading My Antonia.I recently finished The Rector and the Doctor's Family by Margaret Oliphant. These are the first two books in the Carlingford Chronicles. I'll admit I found the second story dragged a little, but together they set the scene nicely for the later Carlingford stories which I will tackle later in the year.
Cheerio!
