Fan Fiction

Brainstorming
Ok, I don't know what we're doing with the story, but I'd say tilight cuz I've never read warriors...
Okay...yeah, since not everybody has read Warriors, maybe we should do Twilight, since the majority have read that. So..if we're doing Twilight, what exactly should the plot be? And should it be w/ Twilight's current characters, or new ones?
Clare, this is a fan fiction topic, where we write a story that is already based on a published book.
We could do HP...but I kinda want to do Twilight...I don't know...well, since most people have read Harry Potter, I guess that's the most logical choice...
Well.... Everyone call out what they think is the most popular book to them. If you have heard one or the others stories then you type a list of the stories you've read. Here goes.
Twilight.
Twilight.
Twilight series, Warriors series, Narnia series, HP series, Septimus Heap series, Artemis Fowl series, Eragon/Eldest, Percy Jackson, Peter and the Starcatchers trilogy, Inkheart/Inkspell...
ok I know twilight, warriors, narnia,HP,Artemis Fowl, Eragon, and inkheart.
ok... um.... I don't know what to do from here...
Has anyone heard of the young wizards series? There are 8 books and they are by Diane Duane. They're amazing!
young wizards series? Oh wait that gives me an idea! How about one of us each recommend a book or book series that none of the rest of us have never read? then we can vote for which one all of us should read?
I highly recommend a book called Wildwood Dancing! I love that book! :D
I really want to read that! It looks so cool!
It is amazing I love it so much, but just for girls. It's kinda supernatural-ish, just in case u don't like that kind of stuff, and victorian-ish.
Now I'm definitely going to have to read it!! :D
Have any of u read Evil Genius?
It has a lot of swear words in it, (I even counted. somewhere along the lines of 47 . . .) But it has a great plot. I highly reccomend it.

You want a lot of swearwords? (and a lot of laughing out loud ((if you can't control laughter don't read it in school))) Read Big Trouble. Okay, maybe it is almost plotless, but not completely, and it's really really funny! It's by Dave Barry by the way.

The City of Ember and it's sequels, Peter and the Starcatchers and it's sequels,(I love those books so so much!!) Hmm, you guys can just check my page and see the ones I like, I can't name them all off.
Idk, I probably read the titles in a library more than once.

Oh, and in case anyone doesn't know, here's the definition of fan fiction:
Fan fiction is a story that is based of an already-published book. The person who writes it takes the published author's idea and makes new characters and plot. Of course, they can't ever publish it, but it's fun to write. (For example: if the story was Twilight, the person writing the fan fiction would take the whole story with vampires and werewolves and the Quileute tribe and all that, but make new characters, and a new plot.) Got it?
I've got one: Warriors Series, by Erin Hunter. Anyone read those?
