Author Support Group discussion

I have a book blog where I write reviews on novels, interview authors, and such. I was surprised to find one of these reviews on another site, with only a tiny credit at the bottom.
First of all, what bugs me about this, is it is directly copy-and-pasted from my site. Secondly, it is on a site that is definitely a bit R-rated.
I cannot find a way to contact the owner/writer of this site, though it seems this is not the first time this person has done this.
So, what do I do? Do I leave it, or let it go?

Perhaps, since there is no way to contact the blog owner, you could post a comment stating that the information is plagiarized from your site and provide the link?

I just tried that, and I am not sure that it is going to work...apparently, the comments have to be approved. I have a feeling that this particular comment will not go through.

Wow...copied and pasted...I heard of this happening and they publicly put it on their Facebook to make others aware. This helped it stop and the person was able to read the post and acknowledge what was done.
