"Getting Things Done" by David Allen, one of the best books in time management and personal productivity. I highly recommend it.

Actually i think those comments are funny, not even close to negative. i prefer fiction too.
i don't vote for anything since i couldn't read the books of the last 2-3 months.

Come on guys! No need to worry too much. Just name a book that you want to read together with others and share your thoughts and ideas while reading. I think this is the reason of monthly reading!?
