Age: Pretty old.
Son/Daughter of: Zeus and some siren
Powers: Can control storms/weather, has the magical luring voice that all Sirens do, she has wings that let her fly. She can also read minds, but only after that person has touched her.
Gender: Female
Looks: I'll find a picture later, but she has long black hair. It's kinda wavy, and sometimes looks a little blue. She has deep blue eyes that kinda smolder, and have darker flecks. She has tan skin, but not way too dark. She's pretty tall, and a little too skinny, but also has some pretty impressive curves. She has a perfect smile that she never shows. Nice, full lips. Even when it's perfectly still wind, her hair seems to blow in an invisible breeze. Like all gods, she is seen as impossibly beautiful, but doesn't see it in herself. She has wings that fold into her back and disappear behind her hair. They're stormy grey.
Personality: She's pretty quiet, likes to wander along rivers and talk to nymphs or dryads. Or listen to them. She spends a lot of time near the river Styx because it's the closest she can get to other gods. She really likes storms and weather and lightning. Loves the rain and will never go inside if it's raining. She loves to fight.
Background: Her father was Zeus with a Siren, because of course him being a god the siren couldn't kill him. She was the result. Hera got jealous-big surprise-and stole the siren's voice, but took pity over Tempest and took her to Olympus, where she pretended she was Hera's own child. When she was about to reach womanhood, Zeus got jealous of her powers over the weather and kicked her out of Olympus. However, he let her keep her power over storms, but without being in Olympus, it was reduced greatly.
Family: The aforementioned gods and goddesses.
Weapons: She carries a few hidden knives, but she could strike people with lightning if she so desired. Occasionally has a bow with her.

Powers:
1) breath of despair= able to add his breath to the wind and transform a gently breeze into a storm of misery

2) leech-touch= his touch saps the morale out of any mortal

3) death-wish= whispers into the ears of his victims, tempting them with promises in death

4) death-touch= able to withdraw a soul just by touching, but he can only do this upon instruction by the Fates; in short he is often the scissors that severs the thread of life, and ushers the soul into the Underworld

5) trust the child= has a childlike quality that makes his victims succumb to him

Looks: a short, slight pale figure with black hair and empty black eyes ( he has human eyes but instead of a pupil and white, it is just a black emptiness. He looks like a lost child, sad and lonely; his adness is infectious and he tugs mortals hearts to give him a hug, which is the last thing they do.

Personality: loves mortals for their brief lives, and hates his powers, feel it to be a curse, and if it were possible for a God to die,m he would choose death.

Background: as a child of Hades, death has always been his constant companion.But like victim of a family quarrel, he both hates death and has to serve it.He is often in the company of Phobos and Deimos, who frequent battlefields or beseiged cities. He feels death is evil, but he has little say in the matter.
