I have enjoyed the book up to this point. The part that stood out the most was when Junior went to play basketball at his old school and the crowd turned their back on him. He just wanted to play basketball and to think adults would act like that not just children. Very sad.

That was horrible. They really felt he was a traitor. But the powerful thing I thought was that Junior UNDERSTOOD why they did what they did and their feelings. And the concussion by Rowdy really brought his anger into focus for me
