Hi, and welcome to my new Q&A page. Leave a comment and you'll go into a draw to pick out a winner for a copy of my new release The Cattleman's Runaway Bride at the end of July!
Feel free to ask questions about my writing, my books, or anything that might interest you!

Hi Zosia, Thanks for dropping by to say hi. It's always lovely to hear from you. Although I have to mention, Cattleman's is quite different to my two previous titles. This one is not a romantic suspense. I wrote this one as a change of direction to see where my writing would fit best. Turns out it was a step in the direction that eventually landed me my Australian publishing contract!
I've found my niche in rural romance, but am finding that I've began to add in elements of suspense .. so I've kind of ended up back where I began with romantic suspense-- but with a rural Aussie flavour!

Fiona Barry | 1 comments Hi Karlene, I haven't read any of your books yet, but I will go looking for them next time I'm in town. I love Australian country romances. I have recently discovered Fleur McDonald and Fiona Palmer absolutley loved their books, I didn't want them to end. I didn't reliese there was so many great Australian authors out there until I befriended Fluer on Facebook. Can you tell me the titles of the other books you have wrote so I can look for them in my local bookstore.

Hi Fiona! I have my rural romance coming out on the 8th of July, titled The Cattleman's Runaway Bride, but at the moment it's only available ordered online through The Eternal Press. http://www.eternalpress.biz/book.php?...
I haven't even gotten my own copies as yet, so I'm going to have to order them in as well! But early next year I have a book coming out titled shimmer, with Allen & Unwin, and it will be a lot easier to get hold of that one as it will be in Aussie book stores and Big w.. those kinds of places... so excited about that one :)
But you can always ask your local book store to order in some copies of The Cattleman's Runaway Bride - I'd love some Australian stores to pick it up :)
I agree Fleur and Fiona's books are fantastic- I loved them too- don't you just hate it when a good books comes to an end!
Thanks for asking about my books, I hope you enjoy them as much as I loved writing them.
