Corazon (corazonsliterature) Sorry, I don't know, where to put the new discussion, so I made a new topic in the dark hunter book discussion. There is no place, where can be discussed about the peoples.

What do you think about Jaden and Jared? After their embrace in Dark Warrior I think about their relationship.
Are they friends, brothers or lovers? SK has written all three things, so which one is it?

message 2: by Lbarra (new)

Lbarra Well my first guess was brothers, but SK has a way of not making things to obvious. Father/son, could be another guess.

message 3: by Corazon (new)

Corazon (corazonsliterature) Lenvia....

Why do you think about a "Father/son" connection?
In this way was nothing mentioned. But it's a possibility.
My first guess was also brothers, but then I thought about this hype about m/m-stories....
that's another guess from me, that they were once lovers.

message 4: by Lbarra (new)

Lbarra Nothing really makes me think about them as Father/Son, it was just an additional possible relationship to throw out.

Rossy (naughtybookjunkie) | 43 comments Great thread Corazon! I got the feeling they were brothers or lovers....i'm hoping for lovers *evil grin*

message 6: by Soraia (last edited Sep 14, 2010 11:32AM) (new)

Soraia (sharonbhz) | 19 comments Wow, I'm definitely not hoping for lovers since along with Ash and Sav, Jaden is all sexy for me. No prejudice here, but I'm not a guy so that would sort of destroy my fantasies. I even dreamed of ripping Azura to pieces after Dream Warrior.

My guess is that they are not blood related (I'm not against it, just guessing). They have some kind of history, very important stuff and apparently they both feel guilty about the situation each ended up.

message 7: by Colette (new)

Colette | 8 comments I agree that they are not related. If they were brothers or father/son then Jaden would be part Sephiroth an dhe is not because Jared is the last Sephiroth. BUt there is obviously a lot of history there.

Fangirl Musings (fangirlmusings) I know there are only a few options as to how Jaden and Jared can be connected or related, but somehow, I just have a feeling that Sherri is going to throw a curve ball at us that we just didn't see coming at all. No particular reason as to why I feel that way, but just something in my gut! :)

LOL! I don't care either way, but i hope we get a clue soon. The suspense is killing me.

Fangirl Musings (fangirlmusings) I agree, Rossy! Either way, I wanna know, I wanna know, I wanna know! *Laughs*

Elsie (aussiemom2) | 15 comments I kinda remembered that the Sephiroth were betrayed by one of their own. Jaden said that he was the reason why Jared was punished/enslaved by the Source. I'm thinking brothers or father/son myself.

Now is Madoc Nick's father? I need to reread some books here:(.

Aisley (De_Trencavel) | 43 comments Elsie wrote: "I kinda remembered that the Sephiroth were betrayed by one of their own. Jaden said that he was the reason why Jared was punished/enslaved by the Source. I'm thinking brothers or father/son mysel..."

Ladies, ladies, ladies, please forgive me if I'm short on information. Don't remember what I had for breakfast, let alone all the characters in the series. What I do remember is that Nick's father was a Malachai, and by the time Nick starts showing up in the DH series, his father is already dead. What is a Malachai? Here's where I can't keep up. It may be a ghost, a demon, and immortal or my boss, oops! I already said demon! What I do remember is that our bebe Nicky is the last Malachai left; that's until SK decides to create some more.

message 13: by Andreina (new)

Andreina | 31 comments I just know that Jared & Jaden (I love those two....) are friends and Jared is helping to train the new Malachai.
A new Dream-Hunter book is coming out next year in Nov.! It said in Kenyon's official Facebook profile. Let me copy/paste what it said:

We don't have all the dates, but these are the books that are coming out next year (2011)

Invincible March (Chronicles of Nick)
Born of Shadows April (The League)
No Mercy paperback May (Dark-Hunter)
Dark-Hunter Manga vol 4 Spring
Retribution Aug (Dark-Hunter)
Belador #2 Oct
Dream-Hunter Nov
Darkness Within TBA

When there's a Dream-Hunter novel, Jaden will be there *_*
I just want to know who the couple will be!

message 14: by Soraia (new)

Soraia (sharonbhz) | 19 comments Sephiroth and Malachai are two different kinds of creatures opponents to each other. Apparently when Jared (or is it Jaden, it mix them up) made some stupid move that betrayed all of his kind, it also destroyed the malachai in order to keep balance in the universe. So, there was Jared - sephiroth - left and another Malachai, Nick's father. When he died, Nick was the last Malachai, the one that balanced Jared's existence.

That's as far as I know, I still have two more books to read :)

message 15: by Elsie (new)

Elsie (aussiemom2) | 15 comments Soraia, do you recall Nick's father's name? I know it was mentioned, been awhile since I read the earlier books. I don't want to spoil anything for you from the last two books.

I can't remember his name, I think that Goddess friend of Nick mentioned it, but I don't remember. I just think Madoc in theory is not the guy, Madoc is related to him somehow but I still don't know how.

Nick's Da's name is Adarian. And by the way, The Dark Hunter's website has a listing of almost all the characters for all of SK's books. There are a few missing, but I digress. The site link is this, enjoy: http://www.dark-hunter.com/characters...

message 18: by Elsie (new)

Elsie (aussiemom2) | 15 comments Thanks for the link, Aisley. I was just speculating because I know Madoc's real name is also Adarian.

message 19: by Andreina (new)

Andreina | 31 comments Wait, so...Adarian and Madoc are the same person? Madoc's maybe a reincarnation of Adarian? I'm confused because Jared hates the Malachai (Adarian), so why didn't he attack Madoc or something?
We need more information, Kenyon!!!!!!

You're not the only one who is confused at the moment. I've read all the DK series and books thus far, and I get the impression that SK is losing track of things. I can point out a few discrepancies but I don't want to spoil anything for members who haven't caught up just yet.

message 21: by Andreina (new)

Andreina | 31 comments It feels as if she is losing track of things, but I will not be surprised if she WANTS us to feel this way, that way, we'll always stick to her books. There are so many unanswered questions about this series & the only way to answer them is if we read the books, even if we don't like some of them. A Dark-Hunter & Dream-Hunter book are coming out this year (hehe, almost forgot that we're in 2011) but very late (-______-;) and I hope those 2 books have some answers for us.
Who am I kidding? I just want a piece of Jaden & Jared :D

message 24: by Aisley (new)

Aisley (De_Trencavel) | 43 comments Wouldn't it be nice if we each post what is we don't get in the stories and maybe someone who know the answer could post it?

message 25: by Andreina (new)

Andreina | 31 comments lmao where should we post it? On Kenyon's Facebook so everybody can see that there are fans out there who are lost? xD
Sounds kind of mean, but I'm just tired of her writing nonsense and I want her to stick to the plot...which is...I don't even know. If someone asked me what the books are about, I would stare at the person and walk away like a moron. o_o

message 26: by Denise (new)

Denise (justplainme) | 11 comments I do wish she would tighten the storyline up some. It feels as though it's getting a little loose and sprawling, hard to keep up with. I kinda wish she had skipped BMR and NM or possibly incorporated them into one book.

message 27: by Andreina (new)

Andreina | 31 comments She should just stick with the Dark-Hunter and The League series. Why is she killing herself over Belador with Diana Love and whatever other series she has when those series aren't even as popular? And don't get me started on the ridiculous manga and dark-hunter dolls she has. -_-; those dolls look like a gothic version of Barbie and Ken; I can save myself $100+(because those DH dolls aren't cheap) by taking my sister's barbie and Ken, dying their hair black w/ red high-light, and dressing them up like Goths. I have friends who're into designing so they can do the whole symbol stuff and the wings! :D

message 28: by Elsie (last edited Jan 05, 2011 05:47AM) (new)

Elsie (aussiemom2) | 15 comments I agree with you completely, Mercedes. I think the main reason why I am sticking with her DK and the League books is because I have this sick mental game habit of trying to keep up with characters and story lines to keep my brain challenged, lol. If she doesn't get it herself organized within the next book or so, I am thinking of dropping her altogether. At least the whole JRR Tolkien entire series maintained a consistent plot line with increasing character introductions and growth.

message 29: by Denise (new)

Denise (justplainme) | 11 comments Mercedes, that is the problem I have. I think she is trying to do too many series at one time. Don't get me started on the manga and dolls!

message 30: by Aisley (new)

Aisley (De_Trencavel) | 43 comments So I'm not the only one that that lifts an eyebrow whenever she hears a out Dark Hunters "manga". Cool!

I bought the first belador book, and the truth is that I want my money back! The only thing I found interesting is that there's character named "Storm", and if my memory serves me well, that's the name of one of Sunshine's brothers. So it may be that she's trying to have at least one tie from one series to another. However, I still did not like it. In my very personal opinion, SK does not write anything good when she partners with Diana Love. It feels like those two have very different styles that end up not matching. SK may want to take a Sabbatical, and rest her "pen". The inspiration river is running low.

message 31: by Andreina (new)

Andreina | 31 comments SK's writing skills are getting worse. Whenever I read her books, I feel as if she copy/pasted everything from her old book and just added the new names. Ok, well, not exactly like that...but every book is too similar. You know, I don't like any of SK's heroines. They're all....not heroine material. The only heroine I can tolerate is Tory: that's it. Maybe Tabitha also, but sometimes I feel like telling her shut the heck up. Oh, and Bride. I can tolerate her also. But the others? Forget it.
As for the heroes, they're becoming annoying. I'm sick of reading about tortured heroes. I feel like jumping inside the book and telling the hero to get over himself...and if someone is SO tortured...why not just commit suicide (OK that was cruel, Mercedes)? At first, I felt pity for these heroes...but now, I'm just like "OK, get over yourself. I'm sick of listening to your crap."
Kenyon should write a story where (for once), the heroine is tortured and the hero isn't. Thorn doesn't seem like a character who hasn't been tortured (who knows), so he can fit that story.

As for the dolls...I wouldn't even pay $50 for a doll! Why would I waste $100+ over a doll that doesn't even look like any of the characters?
The manga is just...horrible. I've seen it...and I barely know who's who in the "manga". Japan must be pissed off that she's ruining their creation.

The only reason I'm sticking with the series is b/c of Jaden, Jared, Thorn, Savitar, and (maybe) Jean-Luc (the Dark-Hunter). That's it. And maybe Madoc. Everything else can go to hell for all I care, including Nick and Acheron. Nick is the biggest pain in the ass I've ever read about and Acheron seems weak now. He threatens people who hurt Tory etc...but do you think he'll actually do it? -_-;

I never read any of Diana Love's stories, so I can't criticize her. I just want Kenyon to cut the crap and get on with her own series.

I have only bought 2 DH books but I borrow them first from the library. If they're really entertaining, I will buy it....if not, forget it.

Kenyon, please get on to the plot of your DH series. Tell us what Jaden's role in this series is!

message 32: by Elsie (new)

Elsie (aussiemom2) | 15 comments I'm only sticking to the series because of Jaden, Jared, Spawn, Madoc, Urian, and Savitar. It may be just me, but I personally think that SK has backed herself into a house of cards in regards to Acheron and Nick.

message 33: by Andreina (new)

Andreina | 31 comments I honestly don't care about Nick and Acheron anymore.

message 34: by Denise (new)

Denise (justplainme) | 11 comments Mercedes, don't hold back, tell us how you feel! ROFL!

ITA with everything you said. Do you think her writing skills are getting worse or do you think it's that she is trying to do too much?

Dolls? Yuck!
Manga? Double yuck! I prefer to read a story, not the comic book.

I can't wait to find out what the deal is with Thorn. And as for Jaden and Jared, that's why I'm hanging on. I want to find out how they both ended up in the positions they are in now. And how they are going to get out of them.

Nick? Sick of him. I liked him at first, but now I'm tired of the angst and whining. He pulled the trigger, he can't blame anyone else for that.

Ash & Tory? Meh. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see a plainer heroine get the hunk but I never could buy the Ash/Tory thing. I'm not sure why. Maybe because the first half of his book was so long and drawn out and the second half over in a flash. I wish she had cut the first part down some and beefed up the second half. I really think where she lost me though was when Tory and her friends went to Tabby's shop to purchase 'items' before her time with Ash. These are all grown women and they are carrying on like teenagers before prom night? It just seemed to fall flat for me.

message 35: by Andreina (new)

Andreina | 31 comments Denise, I have so much MORE to complain about Kenyon! But, this isn't a "Sherrilyn Kenyon's flaws" (that's what some fans call her...Author Goddess) forum, so I have to limit my complaints (unfortunately). I can write a research paper on all her flaws!

[For ex., whenever we go into a sex scene, she always writes "Never had she/he felt like this before". Are these heroes/heroines that clueless about sex even though they have it a lot? Except for the virgin characters, of course.]

ANYWAY!

I think her writing is getting worse because she's rushing. She has all these books from different series coming out, that she just wants to finish them as soon as possible and then rush her draft to her editors (who are HORRIBLE editors!).

I wonder, does Kenyon use Microsoft Word? How come we find mistakes in these books and sentences that don't make sense. My English teacher is a strict bitch that I LOVE (she KNOWS how to teach) & if she reads any of Kenyon's books, she will get a red pen out and start fixing everything! She is a better editor than Kenyon's "editor".
Correction, she would visit Kenyon herself and yell the heck out of her and ask her if she ever went to school in her life.

So, because Kenyon has a gazillion stuff to do (guys..let's count...The series she has, the manga, the Dolls, the tour, and of course, her life), she doesn't have time to sit back and say to herself "does this sentence even make sense?" or "what's the plot of my series again?".

I never liked Nick...he has always been a pain in the ass.

I like Tory (70% of the time)...she has more balls than Acheron. She stood up against Artemis. Acheron doesn't do shit to say "You know what Artemis, I ain't your bitch no more!" and somehow walk away from her! I wouldn't be her slave for 1,000+ years!

And you have a point there. I think Kenyon makes her heroines look like teenagers. Pathetic ones.

Another thing I hate.........

WHY DO THE HEROINES ALWAYS BECOME PREGNANT!? WHY!? WOMEN ARE NOT BABY-MAKING FACTORIES! Yes, we're the ones that can bring life to Earth, but that doesn't mean that we're going to get pregnant and have 10+ children running around.

Grace (Fantasy Lover) has like 4 children, Amanda 2, Sunshine (so far she hasn't gotten pregnant), Bride has 1, Tabitha 1, Cassandra 1, Astrid 1, Maggie (Wren's mate) WILL have 1 (according to Savitar by the end), Tory's pregnant, um....I can't think of any others.
But, if you read the League Series, EVERY HEROINE becomes pregnant at the end. What. The. Hell.
I love children, I volunteered in a museum and taught children about science and anatomy, I donate toys for homeless children....but how come every heroine has to become pregnant? I know that we're the ones that get pregnant and not man but still! Why!?

And the first half of Acheron's book depressed me so much that I skipped pages. I don't care. By the 150th page, I knew what was going on w/ him. Kenyon didn't have to rub it on our faces for another 100+ pages.

She better not make Thorn, Sav., Jared, and Jaden pussy heroes like she made Acheron. I felt like punching Acheron. He was such a sissy.

message 36: by Amy (new)

Amy Alin | 2 comments i do feels the same.. for the first few books, the tortured hero end heroine is ok,but after more 'in pain' hero and heroin steps in, it become quite annoying.. I understand that some of us not lucky enough to have a happy past but cant the hero just get over it and move on with their life? so that the heroine doesn't need to lick their wounds but be someone who can stays through the thick and thin together? Maybe sherrilyn need some fresh ideas to help the love blooms in her novels...
and poor ash... somehow after Acheron, i cant seems to see ash as a majestic being anymore..he had turn to a tragic hero and i pity him everytime he appear in the series. My images of him had been shattered!!!!
anyway, maybe the DH world is the representation of sherrilyn life and I adore her for being able to create the amazing world, even with flaws in it... and the flaws did not affect my love for the series.. I just hope sherrilyn knows what she is doing and did not add more flaws in the series, so that it will stay as an enchanting read as it is . :D

THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU.

I really find it hard to believe that someone as strong and powerful as Ash can't be all "yo bitch, back off" to Artemis. C'mon -- so what if he's THE good guy, no guy wants to be THAT pussy-whipped willingly. He just lets it happen and it drives me nuts.

Anyway, on a more relevant note. I'm all about Jaden and Jared being old lovers ...or current lovers that were pried apart. There's just something about their actions that screams (to me at least) that there is more than just some bromance going on.

LMAO pussy-whipped! I like that one and it's true....Acheron was pussy-whipped by Artemis for CENTURIES! And he complains and he is all self-conscious about his past and what he used to be....Why didn't he just killed himself?

I don't care if Jaden/Jared are lovers or not....and I'm sure that they won't end up together. Why? Because Kenyon doesn't want to risk losing her fans just because two men were paired up in the book. I've read other reviews in other websites (about SK and her books), fans saying "I'm not ready to read a homosexual book". You and me may be OK w/ it, but will everyone be OK w/ reading a book about Jaden and Jared being lovers? Especially considering the fact that these women (Kenyon's fans are women...) got used to reading hot sexy 6'6"-tall guy end up w/ 5'4"-tall girl and they're both hot and he's commando and she has small breasts w/ small perky pink nipples (don't shake your head to that one! You all know that Kenyon's heroines are skinny w/ a nice white ass and small but awesome boobs.....). Add to the fact that in today's society, homosexuals are still judged, killed, bullied etc.....

That's my view on the whole Jaden/Jared scenario. I really don't care anymore what they were a trillion years ago.... so yeah

I remembering reading some science/anatomy magazine and there was one page about breast cancer and they had pictures of how women's breasts look like when they have the lump and how they look like if there is no lump. Some breasts looked...normal. In some other breasts, you can (kind of) see some lump coming from one side and one thing I noticed about these breasts (you couldn't see the women's faces, but by the skin color, they were all from a different race; you could tell who was light-skin, dark-skin, tannish, not so dark but not so light, African-American type skin) is that neither of them had pink nipples...even the white-skinned ladies!

I prefer reading a book where the heroine is pretty real! And I put the magazine down b/c reading about breast cancer depresses me.

Before I forget.... Do you read the League Series?

There's a character named Darling Cruel and in the FIRST book of the series, you automatically knew that he was gay b/c it said that he's not interested in women and that he had a crush on Nykyrian (the hero) and there was another big clue but I forgot how it went. So, my first impression was that he was gay and I was happy b/c not everyone is the same and maybe having a gay character will cause people to be nicer...but then I go to her website, I notice that he has a book, I'm excited b/c I wanted to know who his hero was, and theeeeeeeeen I notice that it WASN'T a hero, but a heroine. I went to Kenyon's FB page, asked what was going on, other fans commented on my question, saying that they were confused too....but did SHE answer my question? Nope!

Kenyon has to make money, and not everyone tolerates homosexuality, unfortunately...

I feel like sending Kenyon that magazine...too bad I forgot what happened to it b/c I read that yrs. ago! :D

He didn't kill himself because someone has to lead the dark hunters and be Artie's bitch. Oh and it deal with all of Nick's BS -- duhh.

The world needs to get off their high horse because it's the 21st century and to quote Chelsea Handler, gay is the way. I think that Jaden and Jared are way too (please pardon my French) fucked up to be any form of relationship. Together, yeah, because they can do the whole "whee, I'm so high on power and drunk on being a slave" thing together but past that? I hope they're kept single then or the story turns out to be reallyreallyreally amazing.

Besides, someone has to be gay! The DH are coming from ancient wherever. Everyone knows there was some gay-lovin' going on back then. But hey, I'm only one voice and very short, who cares what I have to say.

I think SK should write them how she wants too, not for the public mass. And into the girl thing ...why do they have to be all skinny white chicks with nice boobs? I think for that sole reason I like Bride because she's not perfectly built (although she does whine a bit so I was sort of turned off of her? I have a real love/hate relationship with Bride). But yes, real ladies over perfect girls all the time. At least they have some faults.

I did read the League Series. I love it for the whole killing/violence and for Darling (who I've convinced my little girlish mind, wiggles his way to the DH Universe and hooks up with Dare -- don't ask).

I think it was flat out said in the first book that Darling was gay too? It might have been the second one? It's been a while since I've read the series ...but this whole heroine thing is news to me. So...WHAT?! WHAT!?!?!

How could she just change something like that? The whole reason I even continued with the series was for Darling because I'm shallow. But this is really...I'm disappointed, like really really disappointed. I was pumped for Darling's book and with this new discovery: I'm really not anymore.

What is she going to do with the first three books in the series? Rewrite them to change it? Decide that Darling was pretending to be gay and it's all a joke?

And you should send her the magazine ...or find articles online and bombard her with them. Some nice glittering words "REAL WOMAN CAN BE LOVED TOO" or some peachy phrase.

Elsie (aussiemom2) | 15 comments You're right, Jess. In the first book of the League, Darling Cruel is gay and his uncle beats him for it whenever he has been seen being with other men. He also said that he would have made a move on Nykyrian if he was receptive towards it, but knowing some of Kip's history negated that.

I only read two of SK's series; DarkHunters and The League. Unfortunately I am the type of reader who keeps going because "I always finish what I started". With that said, I have no intention of starting her other series since they obviously repeat.

message 41: by Andreina (new)

Andreina | 31 comments @Jess: You didn't know about Darling having a heroine? http://www.dark-hunter.com/ Just go to "World Series", then "The League", scroll down and click on the book that's called Born of Silence and there you'll see that he will have a heroine. And he has some daughter too; it was mentioned in the 3rd. League Series book so.....gay/not gay? I'm puzzled.

Before, I would get mad at myself if I didn't finish a book, even if the book sucked; but not anymore. Instead, I take my anger out on a review. I've re-rated every SK book I've read and changed my "5 stars rating" to 2 or 3 stars. Her writing skill is getting worse, her "plot" is a big mess, and she is not organized. The main reason why I'm still reading her books is b/c I want to know what happens w/ the characters, like Jaden, Jared, Savitar, etc...
As for her other series, Belador and w/e other crap she has, I'm not even bothering b/c it's just like Elsie said, they repeat.

And she should stop w/ the whole Manga stuff....Seriously....-_-;

message 42: by [deleted user] (new)

@Elsie, I'm wondering how that's going to work ...the first book he gets beaten for being gay and all of sudden that changes? Luck to Sheri, I can't wait to see how this goes.

@Mercedes, I didn't know until you told me. I ran and looked it up and raged to a friend of mine for a good half hour. I knew he was getting a book, I saw that much on her website but I wanted to be surprised on who his hero was. But Sheri says I will have to wait until the book comes out to find out, I'm really hoping that his so called heroine is really just his babymama or ..I don't even know, some random chick that just plays a huge part and he ends up with some guy.

I have changed any of my ratings with her books (those that I did rate which was very few) I've just seemed to have stopped rating in general. How do you put in a rating that you only read it because you want to know what happens to so and so or because you happen to like the hero in the book?

I did read the Belador book and I liked it, I'm not sure who wrote the parts that I liked more but I liked how there was no TRUE hero/herione in the book. Yes, there was a girl. Yes, there was a bunch of guys ...but it was like "yay!! a badass chick who doesn't get with anyone at the end!" But I can see what Elsie meant with the repeat -- it has the whole "woe is me" appeal and it's like ...can't there be a hunter that is content with his life? And a woman that isn't going "wahh, my life. wahh, my exboyfriend. wahhh this and wahhh that"?

I never understood why she did the Manga. I haven't touched them and I don't plan too. My sister wants to read them because I won't let her read the actual series yet but because I have yet to touch the Manga I'm not so sure if I'm going to give the okay for her to read them or not. I do like the dolls though, as a doll collector they were right up my alley ...just out of my price range for this year. I hope to grab them before they're gone forever.

I'm looking forward to a Dark Hunter book, but not another Dream Hunter book. I didn't like the Dream Hunter books other then the last one which basically dumped you into the Dark Hunter book. Maybe it's because I read them like they were a seperate series, maybe they'd be better or make more sense if I read them inter-mixed with the Dark Hunter books like they were listed.

I think the only good Dream Hunter book was Dream Warrior because it explained a helluva a lot ...but then she just dropped everything. Like, I was all geared up for this big war and then the next bunch of books come out and not a single word -- did I miss something?

Andreina | 31 comments I actually liked Dream Warrior and Dream Chaser (the one w/ Xypher....I forgot the title). There are some Were-Hunter books that I don't understand WHY they're in the series....I don't even know what the hell I'm reading about no more. I'm just reading for the characters but I'm not buying any more of her books (I just bought 2 of them). I'm going to borrow them from the library.

Aisley (De_Trencavel) | 43 comments Somethings I can do without in ANY of the series are:

1. Too many people dressed in black: even thought I like to do it myself and this is New Orleans, we're not in a Mardi Grass parade.

2. Enough leather!: We all have different taste, but every preternatural being has to wear leather?

3. If you lay one Hunter, you lay them all: Same sex, different lad!

4. No one likes tall blokes more than I do, but do we
need to live in a street light forest? everyone above 6.5'?: The taller a person is, the less gracefully (s)he can move. I know, my brothers are 6.5' and above. So, you think that at 6.8' Ash can move in a graceful, sexy manner?

5. These guys come from different places, different eras, but still speak the same way? Is not about languages. If you compare the way Cael the Scot speaks with the way Savitar and Takeshi do, they have the same speech patterns. Actually Zarek seems to be the only one that has his own style of talking.

6. Could we please have a couple that do not like each other at the beginning, and then through the story fall in love? It gets a tad tiresome that the "handsomest guy she has ever seen" and "the most beautiful woman he ever saw" fall for each other in the first 75 to 100 pages?

And I better stop here, because I can hear the feet getting ready to kick me!!!

Silly, they've had over hundreds of years to perfect their way of walking.

Andreina | 31 comments I thought they were all getting beat up and pussy whipped for over hundreds of years? How could they perfect their way of walking during that time when their asses were chained to a wall? :D

@Aisley: The leather & the black does get annoying....Very annoying....

message 49: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm working on how to get this to all work together :D I mean, so far I have them chained in caves with books on their heads, while Artie stands over them with a whip ...but yeah ...ahah

Andreina | 31 comments I'm going to let one of my friends chain my ass to wall and beat me up for a hundred years, so maybe then I can walk with that sexy graceful manner. I'm positive that it'll work.
