YA Paranormal and Fantasy Book lovers discussion

Has anyone else read it? I finished it awhile back. Who likes the first cover better than the second? I'm really excited for Gaurdians of the Gate!

the title first caught my eyes then the cover. (previous one)
I always wonder why publisher change them... I'm kinda obssesed with those things..now I have to buy the new version too !

I loved both of these books, but Guardian of the Gate was better, in my opinion.

I like the second cover of Prophecy of the Sisters more than the first one xD But I have read none of the two books, but one day I'll do this ;)

I seriously couldn't get into the first one. It was pretty dull. =[

Judging from the previous comments, I would imagine the 2nd is worth a try. I read Prophecy of the Sisters and did enjoy it but found it a little hard to follow/get into. So would you recommend Guardian of the Gate?

I just finished Prophecy of the Sisters and I loved it, can't wait to read the next one

Guardian of the Gate is definitely better than Prophecy of the Sisters, my main memory of reading PotS is sitting on my bed, reading it out loud to myself just so the words would actually go into my brain.

I adored Prophecy of the Sisters. At first I couldn't believe anyone would find it boring, but I guess it's just not everyone's cup of tea.

Loved it though. I didn't even realized Guardian was out.

Guardian came out last August and the final installment, Circle of Fire, comes out this August.

I really liked both books, but the second one was better. I am really excited to read the third book Circle of Fire which comes out in August.

I couldn't get very far in the first one.. When does it start to pick up?

It gets better. The story doesn't pick up for a while but it does and the second book is way more exiting.

I really like this series. The covers are gorgeous. I saw the first one when it released(it jumped out at me)and grabbed it up. It does take getting through the background but it's worth it. Couldn't wait for the second. It felt like forever. I thought the second took awhile to get going too but wow it left me wanting to see these girls really go at it.

It was a great read, I really liked the plot and how it was written, it was slightly cheezy at times but it totally fits into these books!
