Deitra glanced around the room. Silence. She smiled to herself. Less people to notice me leave, she thought contently. Deitra walked out the door.
Tyler walked through the door when Deirta was walking. He ran into her.
((are you still alive??))
Deitra strolled into the cabin, ignoring the linging pain in her shin from Elisa.

((i am))
"Just sat here doing nothing"
"Just sat here doing nothing"
Deitra rubbed her shin, which was slightly swollen. She felt thankful for the blankets covering her movement.
Deitra let out a faint, frustrated sigh, knowing that she wouldn't get any sleep. She tossed the blanket off of her and stood up.
Thunder followed Storm through the woods.
Cypress walked into the cabin with a small tree sapling in her arms. She set it in one of the many flowerpots by the windowsill and it thanked her. She could feel its roots spreading and greedily sucking up the water in the soil.
Sarah sat up in her bed, looking around her. She still was not that used to the new change in scenery. Her bunk bed was still filled with clothes that hadn't made it into the dressers yet. She brushed her blonde hair away from her face as she survayed her new home. A girl walked in and Sarah instantly stepped back into the wall.
Cypress beamed at Sarah. "Hello, I'm Cypress, Demeter counselor. I take it you're a daughter of Demeter, too?"
Cypress sat down on her bunk. "So, how are you? I hope you like camp- have you met the dryads yet?"
Cypresss smiled again. "Do you want to meet the dryads- embodiments of trees? I'm sure you'd love them."
"Come on!" Cypress said, eyes twinkling. She could see she'd struck gold on Sarah's interests. ((if that makes any sense whatsoever))
((yes! I understand. =) ))Sarah let a small smile show as she followed her new friend out.
((Is there a special place to rp in the forest?))
Deitra walked in and plopped down onto her bunk. Her dark eyes stared at the palms of her hands. She felt nothing. No regrets. No anger. No sadness. Nothing. Death is the easy way out, she thought. Then, Sometimes, the easy way out is just fine.
Hayley began at the Demeter cabin for no particular reason. She had passed the other cabins in a blind rage, stopping at this one once she cooled down. Giving a small shrug, she knocked once before walking in without a response. Her eyes met Deitra and with a growing sense of dread she realized she's stumbled upon cabin four. The Demeter cabin.
She's not taking her death as lightly as I thought, Hayley thought, but the thought didn't amuse her. Instead it chilled her to the bone, as did Deitra's tone. "I'm not here for that," she began, sympathy keeping her temper down. But it was a sympathy she dared not show to Deitra, because Deitra was the type of person who didn't want sympathy.
Deitra felt a scowl start to form on her lips. "It's pathetic that you and everyone else think that I'm going to be depressed over the fact that I'm going to die on this quest." Her expression hardened. "I could care less about the bullsh*ty 'sympathy' that I'm getting."
"Okay," Hayley replied simply, not in the mood to argue with her. She drained all traces of sympathy from her tone, giving Deitra an oddly respectful nod. She deserves it. I can't take back being mean to her, so I should at least leave her alone before she dies. "I just came to tell everyone that the Dionysus cabin is having a party at nine. Good luck on the quest, Deitra." Without another word she slipped out of the cabin, silently closing the door behind her.
Deitra grimaced. Get everyone drunk, why don't they, she thought sourly as she laid down on her bunk.
