Lee stomped over to the lava wall. My sister belongs with Ares... he thought as he began to climb the wall. I completely agree, croaked Hugs.
He reached halfway and stopped. Not the way to get my anger out, he thought and jumped down. After a minute's thought, he sought off to find Chiron.
((Hey!))
Twyla walked to lava wall and looked up.
Twyla walked to lava wall and looked up.
((Cool))
"Hey! You ready to do some climbing?"
"Hey! You ready to do some climbing?"
"Am i ever.." ((he took off his shirt
he has a tank top
but remember that you now see his black lightning bolt tatoo))
'Ok, remember it's a LAVA wall. Since I'm Poseidon's daughter I just need water if I get burned."
((If you are Poseidon's child water can heal you.))
Twyla started climbing up the wall.
Twyla started climbing up the wall.
((Yes))
"This is fun, if you exclude the lava and shaking."
"This is fun, if you exclude the lava and shaking."
"No, you?"
((Got to go... lunch!))
((Got to go... lunch!))
((I'm back!!!))
"Oh."
Twyla was almost to the top.
"Oh."
Twyla was almost to the top.
Twyla was already sitting on the top when Orpheus said wow. "Wow what?" Twyla said gazing over the camp.
"I know... that's why I love coming up here. I've done it often, so often I don't get hurt anymore."
Twyla secretly snuck down the wall to the stables.
Holly walked over to the Lava Wall with Diona.
"I'm pretty sure you could make one with your vines," Holly joked, shaking her head.
Diona nodded as she placed her hand on one of the rocks. She pulled herself up onto one of the ledges and a short grape vine dangled from a few feet above. She grabbed a ledge and pulled herself up again.
Holly watched her climb for awhile before starting her climb. She easily caught up to Diona, but kept herself from going any farther than just behind her.
Diona continued pulling herself up. Each time she pulled her self up, a bit more of a grape vine extended from the top. She paused making it grow more. She grabbed it and started pulling herself up faster on the rope.
Holly climbed to the top when she saw that Diona was doing fine and sat down with a sigh, letting her legs hand over it.
Holly turned to look at it, shifting slightly. "Watch out," she warned.
"Do we run back down?" She asked, growing her grape vine. "Does it hurt?" She asked, tying the grape vine around her waist and growing it longer.
"Lava? Yes, it hurts," Holly nodded. "We climb back down very fast, but..." She studied Diona. "With your vine you could just slide back down, right?"
Diona nodded and handed her and end. She let go and felt herself slipping down quickly. She held onto the rope and stopped herself before the ground.
Holly went down, landing neatly next to her. "So, did you have fun here too?"
"What do you feel like doing now?" Holly asked.
Holly shrugged. "Well, not much. Do you want to go check out the Stables?"
Holly shook her head. "No, no! I meant, I don't really favor anything more than the other," she explained.
Diona frowned. "That's not possible. They're like people. Surely you have to like something more. Like for example you like Caspar more then Carter." She said.
"Well, that's different. I know Caspar more than Carter, therefore it is easier for me to be closer to him," Holly tried to explain, a little surprised that she had so suddenly implied she liked Caspar more than Carter, even thought it was true.
Diona didn't look convinced. "Hm. But you don't like Carter because he's self-concided. well yeah." She said.
Holly shook her head. "I don't know Carter. I only know his name and his parent and I only talked to him for about two minutes."
Holly looked up at the giant wall, that now seemed impossible to climb. Archery hadn't gone as well as usual today, and she already felt tired.
Myra was perched at the top of the lava wall, a lock of her lovely hair sizzling gently. She put it out with a burnt finger, licking the end to dampen it.
"Do I really have to go back down?" Myra asked, apprehension bubbling in her stomach as she glanced down the expanse of the moving, burning, crushing wall.

Holly squinted up at the figure sitting on the wall, unable to make it out. I guess I'll have to climb it to see. She gave a small huff, pulling herself up onto the wall with a grunt. "What I wouldn't give for a nap."
Luckily, she'd made it near the top and climbed over just before a fiery wave of lava came toward her. A smile brightened her face when she recognized the person next to her. "Haven't seen you in awhile."

((Herf. I actually just lost my post. Dammit.))
Squealing in delight, Myra lifted a hand from the embedded seashell in the wall to embrace her friend. "Hollywood!"
Unfortunately for Myra, the gesture, albeit a simple one usually, was enough to result in a fate of possible painful doom. Realizing her mistake, she clamped the hand firmly on the seashell again, grinning, although her heart was racing.
"Let's get on firm ground, shall we?" Myra said, narrowly avoiding a hiss of acid spray from an innocent-looking hole. "I need to talk to you about something urgent, missy." Her tone suggested that the "something important" was going to be a delightful subject for her, and an uncomfortable one for Holly.
