Spiritsoul trudged back to camp after finsihing the dawn patrol.

Birdspirit woke up from her dream and went to see Spiritsoul.

Spiritsoul went into camp and went to the fresh-kile pile, she picked up a mouse and went and layed by the warriors den.She saw her sister Birdspirit,"Hello,Birdspirit!"

"Hi Spiritsoul, what's up?" she asked

"Not much, Dawn patrol was a hassal.We ran into
a thunderclan patrol, but nothing happened."She said "Anything with you?"

"No, nothing. I wish I could have gone on dawn patrol." Birdpririt sighed

She shook her head "No you dont,it was rough,but now that Greenleaf is closer,it'll become warmer,"

Birdspirit sighed and said, "I am going to get a vole from the kill pile. She padded off.

She watched her sister leave and sighed.

Sublaze watched Spiritsol silently hiding behind sme lichen. Ahh! His heart pounded at the sight of her.


Duskshine padded into the warriors den. "Hey Spiritsoul," she whispered. "Look whos watching you," she continued and pointed her tail to a bunch of lichen where Sunblaze hid.

Spiritsoul followed her tail and looked in the bushes and saw Sunblaze, she looked at Duskshine and smiled and then she crept over to the bush and leaped in with him"Hello!"

Birdspirit said, "Yah over therein the lichen."

Sunblaze looked startled and turned his head away in embrressment.

Duskshne laughed.

Spiritsoul flicked his head with her tail "Whatya doing?Spotted a mouse?"

"No I was watching...," he mumbled and traied of quietly.


Duskshine had to bite her tail to keep from laughing.

Spiritsoul smiled and laughed "Come on, lets get out of here," then she leaped out gracefully and turned back to wait for him.

Sunblaze followed her but clumsily stumbled over a branch.

Duskshine trotted towards them.

Spiritsoul helped him up and smiled, then she turned to Duskshine.

Sunblaze felt so embarrased.


Duskshine padded to him and let Her tail flick hi side playfully.

Birdspirit watched wishing she had a mate.

Duskshine smiled at Sunblaze.


Sunblaze looked at Spiritsoul weirdly.

Spiritsoul flinched slighty but then smiled.

Sunblaze smiled back then clumsily knocked into some leaves on a overhanging tree and the leaves came fluttering down.

Spiritsoul laughed and thought 'He's clumsy.' but she liked clumsy.

Birdspirit sat thinking about Brackenstripe in the other clan.

Sunblaze blushed. The leaves fell around the cats.

Spiritsoul leaped up and caugt some

Sunblaze did too and snagged one floating down on his claw.

Spiritsoul smiled and sat down

Sunblaze pushed it down to the ground.

Spiritsoul smiled.

Sunblaze purred and looked at her again.



Duskshine watched amused.

Spiritsoul looked at Duskshine then Sunblaze "Wanna go hunting?"

"Sure," said Duskshine jumping up.


Sunblaze nodded shyly.

Spiritsoul smiled and walked into step ith Duskshine "Is he always that shy?"

"No usually he is very exctedand outgoing I think he likes you," Duskshine answered sneaking a peek at him.


Sunblaze tried to listen to the conversatin but he couldn't hear them.

She smiled and blushed "Really?" then she suddednly thought of Brakenstripe and how the gathering is coming up, but she pushed it away.

"Yep, I really think so hes head over paws for you," she laughed.


Sunblaze stared at the two she-cats.

"Yep, maybe thats why he keeps falling," She said with a smile

Blackwing yawned and walked out of the warriors den. He should have been up already but yesterday was hectic for him.

Duskshine laughed and looked at Sunblaze.



Sunblaze scraped the ground with a claw.

Blackwing looked around camp at the cats "patrols!" he said to himslef "Um..."

Redstar padded back from the patrol.

Spiritsoul spotted a mouse and flicked her tail.

Duskshine waited and watched Spiritsoul.

Spiritsoul crept withward of the mouse,she padded forward and leaped and pounced on the mouse.She killed it with a bite to the neck and picked it up in her mouth.

Blackwing looked aound. He growled "Idiots" he walked out of camp

Redstar sat down under a tree

Duskshine meowed approvingly.


Sunblaze smiled shyly.
