Thanks for all your wonderful comments on HEALER. It is truly a book of my heart and passion. The early church history and its witness to a pagan world actually helped bring my daughter back to the faith after she'd been stalked and assaulted in college, turned against God, and became involved in Wicca or white witchcraft. To see the roots of New Age beliefs and how close they came to Christianity gave us something in common to discuss and ultimately lead her to the next step. Seeing Christ as the Druids eventually did--ordained by the heavens' Star of Bethlehem and darkness at the crucifixion. Man might have made up the stories, but only a Creator God could manipulate the skies. Most of the druids, also called Magi, knew of that phenominal star and that the planets were in no position for a solar eclipse. It was recorded by the Magi in their histories.
