Lostear walked on and sat down

Clawtooth walked throught the dark forest.

Mousewhisker ate a vole.

Lostear clawed up a tree, he saw a she-cat eating a mouse and he jumped down in front of her.

Clawtooth thought the darkness was rather comfortable.

Mousewhisker looked up. She heard something.

He jumped down in front of her "Hello."

"Hi Lostear. Would you like some of my mouse? I have plenty left and I've got a vole."

Darkheart looked around

He smiled and narrowed his eyes "No thats okay,I dont feel like eating,especially when I got ate by a dog," then he shivered and said "But it was worth it,"

"Oh is that how you died? Well suit yourself." Mousewhisker finished her vole and tried hard not to think of Lostear.

Lostear laughed and said "Yea,I know horrible"

"Well, dogs are stupid, how did you manage to be caught by one," she sneered trying to sound feirce.

Lostear didnt hear the sneere and contiued "I was dragging a rabbit to camp.And the dog snatched me."

Lostear seemed oblivious to a lot, s he continued, "Oh so the dog got you and the rabbit for a snack?"

Clawtooth laughed quietly in the bramble.

"Huh-wha-Whatt was that?" Mousewhisker asked turnign away from Lostear.

Clawtooth stepped out of the shadows and bared his teeth.

Mousewhisker meowed, "Oh its just Clawtooth. He tries to be scary, but Nothing scares me," she said to Lostear fiercely. She bared her teeth to show a set longer than Clawtooth's. Then she unsheathed her claws stained with blood.

Clawtooth rolled his eyes. "Yor just a medicine cat.

Mousewhisker said, "Yes maybe. But i am a medicine cat who has earned her place in the dark forest. I killed my leader, deputy, apprentice, four other cats and took a mate. And I don't regret any of it." Mousewhisker stepped closer and said, "I am not afraid to kill after death too."

Lostear amused,watched his brother and Mousewhisker.

"Well thankfully yu can ony kill before death," he joked.

"Mrrowww!" Mousewhisker couldn't help but laugh. She nodded and said, "How many cats did you kill?"

Lostear padded closer,more than eager to hear what his brother had to say.

"I didn't kill any cats only one cat needed to die and that was my leader I didn't want needless bloodshed."

Mousewhisker shrank back, "Well, I have earned my spot as a inhabitant of the dark forest. AND i can't go back." She stepped up and breathed in his ear. then she walked over to Lostear.

Lostear saw her coming and smiled and his brother and turned back to Mousewhisker.

Mousewhisker said, "Your brother is soooo interesting. It is too bad I didn't get to know him. Maybe with his help and yours we could have taken the forest."

He seemed a little crestfallen that she liked him better but he just nodded."Well,I guess I better go.."

Darkheart sighed, "I have a plan" she smiled coldly

Clawtooth smiled back at his brother and turned his back. He walked towards a particularly dark part of the forest.

Mousewhisker asked, "why are you leaving?" she thought that Lostear had liked her. What did she say?

Lostear said "Guess your to interested in Clawtooth,"

Mousewhisker almost yowled, YOU FUR-BRAINED IDIOT!!! I LIKE YOU!! But instead she said, "Oh no not at all. You are talking about that sack of fleas?"

Clawtooth pounced on a tendril of bramble.

Lostear perked his ears "Yes.I am talking about him,"

Mousewhisker meowed, "Are you sure? he is hardly worth looking at. Let alone liking. His claws and teeth may be long and sharp but he isn't exactly my type."

Lostear smiled and said "What is your type?"

Mousewhisker looked up and said, "You are the exact opposite of your brother. Does that help?"

Lostear smiled "Y-yes!That kinda does," then he smiled "We could have ruled the forest good."

Mousewhisker looked surprised, "There are still evil cats down there. They can take are place."

Lostear smirked and laughed "Yea right!Those bee-brains couldnt set there mind to do something even if they wanted to,"

Mousewhisker shook her head, She thought of Birdspirit, and now that Iceflame was lonely she would be a perfect target. Mousewhisker said, "We still have hope for a couple cats. Find the weak ones and make them strong."

Lostear backed off "You go ahead and do that." then he turned and muttered "I work alone,"

Mousewhisker meowed , "Alright I understand no more talk of that,"

He turned around and said "Okay,WHat do you want to talk about?"

Mousewhisker meowed, "I don't know. It is so boring here."
