EDWARD!!!! he is so perfect for bella and so nice to her!

Everyone would of course choose edward. He's perfect. Literally (although there are a few things that bug me, like he's push overness)
But jacob is much more real. and he fights for bella a lot more than edward seems to. yes he is kind of a jerk. but he's still very immature. I think that as the story goes on jacob will mature a bit. I know that bella will end up with edward ( if she doesn't then there will be millions of pissed off fans) but I still like jake.

That's just me though : )

I agree with Jessica. I would choose Edward, but I feel really bad for Jake. I wish there would be some way for Bella and Jacob to remain friends, but since the Volturi incident, I don't think that's possible. I can wish, though...

wow thanks you guys... i'm glad that someone is agreeing with me for once... most of my friends just get really mad at me or say i'm stupid... especially my sister.. anyways...

no matter what happens edward will end up with bella and she will be a vampire ( it's inevitable )
but... jake will inprint on someone anyways... so after that i think it will all be good.. and maybe stephanie will have something happen between the vampires and the werewolfs that they can stand eachother and then everything will be ok... although I feel like she is a much more realistic than that ... but that's just me.

OH!!!! btw... Kortni... jacob says he can't grow up physically... although at the time he was implying mentally due to his immature jerkiness... but over time by being with sam mostly he will grow up... although not really physically...

I love Edward so much, he deserves Bella. Theres nothing really wrong about Jacob,but... He is more like an annoying little brother-who you love always- but gets on your nerves.

I feel bad for jacob because he cannot compare to edward becasue of the simple fact that edward is nearly perfect. I mean I of course want edward to get bella... but I wouldn't be mad if jacob gets bella... but that wouldn't make any sense because jake will just imprint on someone else later... but I just feel bad for jacob...

What is it with all the rabid Edward fans, and the anti-Jacob community? *laughs* I'm half joking. I am pretty much 100% sure that it will end up as a Bella/Edward pairing, and Jacob will imprint or something. Maybe he'll end up saving sombody's life or something.

He's too depressed, because he thinks that his soulmate doesn't exist. Poor Jacob...

I do hope that Jacob finds his love but I don't think his love is Bella. I don't like the guy but I don't want him to be miserable. I just want him to accept the fact that Bella loves another and to stop trying to break them up.

Of course I'm for Edward but again, Jacob should be happy too but he'll only find that happiness once he accepts it as fact that he can't have her.

I think Jacob has pretyy much given up that's why he ran away after he got the wedding invitation. He know they are going to be together and there's nothing he can do about it. He is probably worrying about her transformation now and probably wondering how to stop it.

I don't think Jacob ran away because he gave up, I think he ran away because he couldn't be in the same town as her knowing she was marrying a mortal enemy. I think he ran away to vent in his wolf form and to think about what he wants to do. I really, really hope he has giving up on the idea.

I know what ends up happening but still, I really don't care if Jacob is happy or not. He got on my nerves way too much for me to ever like him.

It's really hard for me to think of him as a good friend after he was such a jerk about everything. He's just not my cup of tea. My little sister likes him as a friend though and she hasn't read the fourth book yet.

Sure I would want a friend who was loyal, fun, sweet, and protective (also minus the whole love thing). Jacob just sort of screwed everything up with the love thing. That's mostly why I don't like him.

I normally have a very hard time holding grudges, so I'm surprised I haven't started to like Jacob. Unfortunately, there are some people (both real and imaginary) who I just can't like after they do certain things.

hmmm, in the movie posters, jacob, cuz he's like the hottest thing ever and i'm sorry, but edward is uuuuuugly.
but in the books edward! he's really sweet and gorgeous and (like Renee said) romantic. plus, in midnight sun he was so awkward and adorable!!!
