I'll be reading The Titan's Curse [#3:] by Rick Riordan for my first paranormal read.

@Kenjii - How is that series I still haven't read it but I want to.

I'm reading Out of the Shadows. I like this series.

@Jael I have reviewed the first two books as Book 2 being better than the first. Which I didn't think was possible since I thought Book 1 was great. Granted, its a children's series, basic action and plot. I love Greek myth and so the gods and minor characters are really exciting to me. Seeing them in the modern age =D

I finished Devil in Winter and am almost done with Scandal in Spring.

Started Tucker's Claim at home and still reading Bloodfever.

I just finished Beyond the Highland Mist and now on to The Darkest Lie

was a pretty good novel. will definitely read the next book. have to see Bones' reaction to Cat leaving. now reading . had to get back to my LKH, she's my fav author. i'm not so in to faery stories but i'm sure i'll like it cause it's an LKH novel =)

@Meme let me know how Merry's book is. I love Anita Blake but have yet to read that series yet.

i'm halfway through A Kiss of Shadows and it's pretty good. it's a bit different than the Anita Blake series cause it's about faeries and i'm not too used to fantasy. but LKH is a great author and i'll read anything by her =)

I love Soulless Lacey. Changeless is really good too but watch out for the ending!

Jael, the first book in the Meredith Gentry series was pretty good. i liked it just not as much as the Anita Blake series. it has lots of similarities to the Anita Blake series. the main character Meredith is faery/human. she has hang-ups about being mixed. she has unrealized power that she comes into throughout the book. she is appointed a great responsibilty by one of her family members and has to guard herself from people who want to kill her because of it. for her protection she is given some guards of her choice to protect her (and of course, all these guys are hot!). also, Meredith is like a detective/agent for this company that deals with faery human relations. i recommend it only if u just really like LKH. it has potential. may seem more like the same thing, just with faeries.

I agree with Meme. However, I've known people who LOVE Anita Blake that don't really care for Merry Gentry (but I think it's the whole "faery" thing they didn't like). I like both of them.

I'm reading Mine to Possess. I am starting to really like Nalini Singh.

Thanks Meme and Elvia. I plan to read the first two soon for one of my challenges. I like the Fae so hopefully I will like these books.
