It was a lot of fun to write and research.
I graduated high school in 1978 and I had a lot of fun that year. It was the time of the CB radio craze and discos. I split my time between the discos in downtown Cincinnati and the square dances at the country western bars in E-Town.
I fell in and out of love that year. I dated a lot. I loved to dance, ride horses, and play my music LOUD. If I could revisit any year in my life, it would be 1978 or 1979.
Writing this book was like reliving those years.
Perhaps most people enjoyed their teenage years most. Or perhaps the 70's were an exceptional time.
