      Maybe it would be a good idea to wait until closer to the end of the month to discuss each book--say, the last week, maybe the 20th of each month? So that everyone has a chance to read as much as possible.

I've looked around at some of the other groups on Goodreads, and I don't really see a good model for how to run a monthly discussion. I'll post a new folder for each book we read, and I think it'd be fine for anyone to start new threads about points they want to raise and then others can respond to the discussion starter and/or start one of their own. If you all would like a little more structure, we could start the discussion on a particular date (i.e., read for the 1st 3 weeks of the month, discuss in week 4)
Any other thoughts?
