Save The Babies discussion

I need to get one thing strait: In no way do I think abortion is okay. In fact, I have a whole speech planned out in my head about abortion being murderous that I plan on giving to the Presidant. But I need to say something: Pro-choice and Bad are NOT the same thing. Say someone travels around the world adopting homeless children and giving food and clothes to the poor, cleaning up parks and painting over graffitti. You might call them a hero, right? Well, let's say that that person turns out to be pro-abortion. That makes them bad, right? Wrong! I have a very good friend who would stop the world for anyone in need, but she is pro-choice. That mean I should give up her as a friend? Heck no! Then another one of my friends; she in herself is a very good person. She would NEVER have an abortion, and she thinks it should be as outlawed as kiddnappers and things like that. But her mother supports even the illegal and most terrible form of abortion, or at leats she supports Obama. Does that mean her family is a bunch of baby-murdering maniacs? You bet it doesn't! What I'm saying is, just because someone has a different view than you, doesn't mean they're "bad".

Thank you. I've just seen people go, "i hate you! you are pro-choice!" And some pro-choice people feel like people hate them.

I don't hate pro choice poeple, i just disagree with them on the issue.

Well, Kenna, Catholic is a form of Christianity. Catholics are generally pro-life, which is why I asked. I am a Christian, and a Catholic... I guess I'll have to explain that, but not now! lol
