I personally prefer to write romance or paranormal, but I am open to trying new things.

Cavan and Alaina have fallen in love, but they come from warring families. They aren't supposed to even talk to each other, let alone fall in love. They turn to their friends to help them sneak around to be together, but eventually they get caught and they are both exiled from their kingdoms (to different parts of the world). Cavan somehow learns of Alaina being kidnapped and sold into some sort of slave trade (where she'll serve as a part of a harem for an evil emperor), and he goes on a quest to get her back.
