Shayla (shaylaalexander) I had a thought oneday. It occured to me that alot of people have stories to share. I was typing an email to my nana about friends and pets. It went like this:

Always remeber, you don't have to send this to 10 people to get the gift of God. You already have it. Right now, I sit here with my cat meowing down the hall and my own fingers typing this message to you. Those are two things God has given me: A friend and a hand. The gift I give to you is friendship, just like my cat gives me. The way you know you have a true friend is because they will stick by your side through thick and thin. My ca hasn't tried to run away for 4 years, now that's a friend. Take any pet for example. If a dog you have had for a year runs away, they don't care about you. If a dog you've had for a year stays for another three, then you have a true friend. My cat, Precious, is one example. My bast friend, Ashley, is also an example. If you have a friend you haven't contacted with for while, then call them and say hello for once. It will make their day as well as yours. Don't take life for granet, but enbrace it. Don't take life as the easy way out, but try to concur the obsticles as they come at you.
If you give a shout out to an old friend, they will never forget it. If you ignore a friend for years, they will only forget you.
Don't abandon your friends. Keep them.

I thought of the many scenarios where the animal rescues the owner.
