Aelisha walked up and down the corridor, trying out her new black high heels. She was wearing a v-neck red dress that reached just beyond her knees, and pink lipstick. Aelisha had the same sliver ring on her right hand's ring finger that she usually wore, and her small black purse was hung over her shoulder. Aelisha's new shoes had been sent from her mother, and she was liking them so far. They were a little tight though.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments Urgh, Maximilian was in an awful mood that day. Why was he so angry? Well, quite simply, it was because his mother had bought him a new car. But that really wasn't the problem. He adored having a new car because, well, he did have seven but, you know, he did always want even more, obviously. But his new car was, for some ridiculous and unknown reason, red rather than black, and he absolutely loathed it to be any colour save for black, which was something he made clear thousands of times. The last twenty minutes had been spent on the phone, shouting at his mother about her general incompetence, even if he did really love her, and waiting for her apology. It had come, several times, and then she had assured him she would have the new car purchased for him as soon as possible.

Now Maximilian was walking down the corridor, still scowling, when he found that his path was blocked. Urgh, great. Maximilian looked gorgeous that day, even more so than usual, with his hair all perfectly combed and all his diamond earrings decorating his ears and a perfect outfit to match the rest of his gorgeousness indeed, so he saw no way that people could dare to not move out of his way. Plus he was, like, one of the princes so how dare people not immediately move out of his way, honestly.

"What are you doing?" he questioned, watching Aelisha walk up and down the corridor, frowning very slightly.

message 3: by [deleted user] (new)

Aelisha flipped her hair in Maximilian's direction and then glanced at him, looking unimpressed. "What are you doing?" she asked, obviously impressed. He did look handsome, but that didn't mean Aelisha was about to be nice to him until she found out his rank.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments Maximilian snorted at this ridiculous question. How dare she even feel as though it was appropriate to speak to him like that. "I asked you the question first," he objected, starting to pace slightly in annoyance at this. "I am a Prince, thus you are to treat me with respect. When I ask you a question, you shall answer it immediately, because you are to do whatever I desire." Maximilian stopped then and crossed his arms, leaning back on the wall. "Now then, I have asked you already. What are you doing?"

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

Aelisha looked highly offended. "Oh, so you're that kind of guy, huh?" she asked coldly, putting her hand on her hip. "The kind of guy who thinks that he can whatever he wants because he has certain body parts. Well I'm a princess, and I think that you should answer my questions first, because it's more than obvious what I'm doing right now!" She started tapping her high heel loudly and annoyingly, staring at Maximilain cooly.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "I am the kind of guy who believes he can have whatever he wants because he knows he can have whatever he wants and he already does," Maximilian answered, surprisingly calm in the current situation. "I can only assume you are wandering about the hallway wearing heels whereas I am currently doing something much more important, as I am attempting to correct Mummy's incompetent mistake and I am thus doing something far more important."

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

Aelisha sneered. "Mummy, huh? Well, where your mother made some sort of incompetent mistake, my mother bought me these high heels, and that's why I'm walking around. I'm trying them on. Now that I've answered you question, you answer mine. How are you fixing your mummy's mistake by walking around a hallway, talking to me?" she asked.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "I am fixing Mummy's mistake by waiting for her to call me back," Maximilian answered, rolling his eyes. Shoes. His mother bought him ever so much more than shoes. "I do not believe you are fully grasping the situation. Next week shall be my quarter birthday, and I made it rather clear to Mummy that I wanted a new Bugatti. And I do not believe she recalled that I do not like red cars. I only like black cars. I am awaiting her call confirming that she has returned the wrong one and purchased the correct car for me."

message 9: by [deleted user] (new)

Aelisha wrinkled her nose. "Horrid." she said. "I would never drive around in the wrong color car. What's your name, anyway?" Ugh, Aelisha had 5 cars all to herself back at home, but she didn't even know how to drive them yet. Her mother had to drive her sometimes, and she always wound up screaming at the other drivers. Disgraceful.

message 10: by [deleted user] (new)

((Hey guys, if they've been here for over a year then their family has disappeared/died))

message 11: by [deleted user] (new)

((Really? Ael hasn't been here for a year yet.))

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments ((Maximilian's been here for less than that then. He needs to have a breakdown when he realises his mother is disappeared/dead. He's way too attached to her.))

"I am sure you would not," Maximilian agreed, as no one should ever have to drive in the wrong colour car. "Besides, I have seven cars and she should already know what colour I like." At the request for his name he frowned a little because she didn't already know. "Maximilian Paris Corbeau Icarus Wrenninford-Devereux II," he replied smugly. She should totally recognise his name. She definitely should.

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

"Are they all black cars? Or do you have a variety that doesn't include red?" Aelisha asked. She didn't give any sign that she recognized him name, even though she thought she should recognize it. Where had she heard that name before? "Aelisha Sadie Clelia. My mother is Spring Rayn, the famous supermodel, and my father is Christian Clelia, the designer." She sounded very proud of her parents.

message 14: by ♥ aztrophel ♥ (last edited May 16, 2015 05:50PM) (new)

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "I only have black cars," Maximilian told her proudly. "Although they are all custom made, so they all cost far more than usual." Anyway, that wasn't the real point. The point was that he had ever so many cars. "My mother is Henriette Devereaux, French duchess, socialite and owner of 'The Interior' magazine, and my father is Richard Wrenninford, British Duke." She should have known that.

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

((Lol yes))

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

Aelisha blinked twice and frowned. "You have a mother named Richard?" she asked. "I think you meant father. And my father has probably met your Henriette mother, since she's owner of a magazine. My mother probably has too. I'll ask them later." She pulled out her phone and looked at her unread texts. 101. Ugh, how annoying. Now Aelisha would have to choose which ones to respond to and which to ignore.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments ((Don't judge me, it's 2 am.))

"Whatever," Maximilian answered, deciding to ignore his mistake which was probably caused by being far closer to his mother than to his father, obviously. He adored his mother more than anything else in the world. "Yes, well, I am sure that they must have met Mummy, because she really is ever so famous, after all." He smirked quite proudly at this praise for his mother. "Do you like it here?" he questioned.

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

((Woah))

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments ((^ This commentary of yours is actually quite enjoyable.))

message 20: by [deleted user] (new)

((Wow, what state are you in? It's 5:55 where I am.))
Aelisha shrugged. "It's cool. I haven't attended any parties yet, but there's plenty of stupid peasants to tease." she said, with a smirk. She loved to tease the peasants. "Do you like it?" She got a text from her mother, saying 'Do u like the shoes? They were over $500 u know'. Aelisha rolled her eyes. 'Of course, but they're slightly tight'. she responded.

message 21: by [deleted user] (new)

((It's almost eight where I live))

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments ((I am in the State of England. :P))

Maximilian considered this statement for a few moments and the question that followed before shrugging in answer. "I do not particularly mind it, no. There are plenty of people which I may use to do whatever it is I desire because I really am not going to do it myself, obviously," he told her with pride. Maximilian really was rather lazy indeed, after all. There were plenty of servants at home to do whatever he wanted, so he had to have people doing it for him here.

message 23: by [deleted user] (new)

((Cool!))
Ael rolled her eyes. "I hope that you only mean everybody below the princes and princesses. Don't expect anybody that's a prince or princess or higher to do your bidding." she said. She still didn't like that he had tried to tell her what to do. Nobody was going to tell Aelisha Sadie Clelia what to do!

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "Oh, of course," Maximilian replied. After all, the princesses and princes were all there for him to flirt with and maybe date if he was in the mood, but the lower ranks were all there to do nothing more than whatever it was he desired. "I am far more interested in other services people of our rank can provide..."

message 25: by [deleted user] (new)

"Other services? Like what?" Aelisha asked casually. Princes and princesses weren't here to work for others of their rank. The only person they would ever serve was the queen, and Ael didn't even like to do that. What could he mean? Just to be friends, or people to borrow money from occasionally. Aelisha really hoped that he didn't mean as girlfriends and boyfriends. First of all because she couldn't have a boyfriend, second of all because Maximilian seriously wasn't her type.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments Maximilian snorted. "I do not generally plan to date anyone who is below me in the ranking," he informed her, rolling his eyes. "Of course, perhaps sometimes I shall toy around with them, but when it comes to properly dating, I shall never date anyone below me, obviously." Although Maximilian really didn't like dating so much as toying around with people. That was a thousand times better, he thought. Less commitment.

message 27: by [deleted user] (new)

Aelisha wrinkled her nose. "I would never lower myself to even flirt with someone below my rank. That's just disgusting." she said, as though she had just tasted something terrible. Then again, Ael would never lower herself to flirt with most people. If a person wasn't rich, handsome, or smart, then they didn't have a chance with Ael. Usually they had to be all of those things, which was too hard for most people.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "Well, I require someone to entertain me when I am bored," Maximilian informed her, thinking this was a fairly obvious thing. "Those below me are not worthy of dating me, but they are worthy of entertaining me. In the same manner, those of my rank are not here to entertain me but to date me. As I said, those below me are there to serve me, are they not?"

message 29: by [deleted user] (new)

"To serve you, yes, but not as romantic toys." Ael said. "They clean, they bring you food, they do whatever you desire. But I would never give them the false hope of thinking I was into them." She flipped her hair, thinking that this was how everyone should treat the peasants. Like dirt. They may as well be dirt, anyways.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "Oh, of course," Maximilian added, nodding. They were most certainly there to clean and fetch things and all that sort of thing, but they were most certainly there to entertain him as well, obviously. In whichever way he wanted. "But unfortunately, here, I cannot go to the spa, therefore I require someone else to play spa for me."

message 31: by [deleted user] (new)

Ael narrowed her eyes. "Play spa? What on Earth does that even mean?" she asked suspiciously. She'd been to the spa before, with her friends from her old school, but she didn't know what 'play spa' meant. It better not be some sort of dirty reference to something else. Ael would hate that.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "Oh, I apologise, if I want a massage in future then I should clearly call you," Maximilian decided quite thoughtfully. "And, of course, if I ever get bored of not having any 'toys' to play with, I'll just ask you as well." He gave her a condescending look and then rolled his eyes. "Evidently you would not want me to ask you to do that."

message 33: by [deleted user] (new)

Ael wrinkled her nose. "I'm glad you figured that out. I'm a princess, not a toy." she said. And if he wanted a massage in the future he should ask her? No. Aelisha had never given a massage in her life, only received them. To give one wouldn't be right for her to do. She was a princess, not a peasant!

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "Exactly," Maximilian informed her, rolling his eyes at how she appeared to have failed to understand what his point had been. "You would not wish for me to ask you, therefore I must ask someone below me in the rankings to do such things."

message 35: by [deleted user] (new)

"There is another princess, you know." Ael said, rolling her eyes back. "Or you could give up on girls altogether. Or you could find someone from Oakrose town." It was stupid of him not to consider a rich girl from Oakrose town. Then again, Ael thought that everybody except for her was stupid.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "Yes," Maximilian replied, thinking that she was now being the stupid one. He had made his intentions regarding the princesses very clear. "When I am in the mood to date then I shall go go find the other princesses or princes or something of that sort. However, at present, I do not require a romantic partner, and I shall enjoy my toys."

message 37: by [deleted user] (new)

"Whatever. I don't want to know what you do with your toys. I'm on a dare from my little sister, and since I always take on dares, I can't date for 6 months." Ael said, clearly bitter about that dare. Why had she accepted it anyways? Oh, right. Because she was stubborn or something. Ugh.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard," Maximilian informed her. He couldn't imagine not dating for longer than, well, perhaps a day or something. He was almost permanently dating someone or other, and that just sounded like torture. "If you don't date, how are you expected to ever enjoy your life?" Stupid.

message 39: by [deleted user] (new)

"There are plenty of other ways to enjoy your life, it's stupid to narrow it down to just dating!" Aelisha snapped. She was not about to be called stupid! "It's only for 6 short months, then I've got the rest of my glorious life to live. Dating is enjoyable, but I do fine without it! There's driving, and bullying lower ranks, and makeup, and fashion, and gossiping. If you think that dating is the only enjoyable thing on this planet, then you are the blandest, most uncreative, most boring person I have ever had the misfortune to meet!"

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "Urgh," Maximilian objected, scowling and then shaking his head. She was absolutely wrong, obviously. Dating was not the only thing that he enjoyed in life. What he enjoyed most in life was perhaps shopping, but there didn't seem to be enough of an opportunity to do that here either. Which was rather awful indeed, but Maximilian could somehow manage to put up with it. "I don't just date. I told you. I like to shop and go to the spa and I like having my hair done and having people do what I say and I like my cars." So there.

message 41: by [deleted user] (new)

"See? Life is enjoyable even without dating. Unless you're a peasant of course. Then life shouldn't be enjoyable." Ael said, flipping her hair as if to make a point. She looked triumphant as if she had just won the longest, hardest argument ever.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "Well, that is, of course, utterly true," Maximilian replied, smirking a little bit. It was true. If they wanted a good life then they shouldn't have messed everything up for themselves before. "But, of course, they do bring that life upon themselves."

message 43: by [deleted user] (new)

"Yes, they do. Did you hear that one splashed water onto the headmistress? Disgusting, stupid, ruffian behavior. What would possess anyone to do that?" Ael asked, disgusted. She thought that all peasants were disgusting, stupid, ruffians though.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments "Yes, I heard," Maximilian answered, rolling his eyes a little. "It was rather ridiculous. I see no reason for them to complain if they later do things of that nature." That was what made them peasants, so clearly they really were doing nothing more than bringing it upon themselves.

message 45: by [deleted user] (new)

"Agreed. Now I have to go back to my room and call my mother. She insists on a call once a week, she's way too overprotective." Aelisha rolled her eyes. "Bye." She started to walk away, not even looking back.

♥ aztrophel ♥ (poaly1998) | 63 comments Maximilian snorted a little, deciding it would be best to pretend this was stupid even though his own mother was particularly overprotective most of the time. "Whatever," he answered, storming off in some frustration. Besides, he totally had to call his mother as well.
