SA Book & Challenge Lovers discussion

So which YA books did you guys enjoy this year and why? I have a particular interest in YA and like getting others opinions!

I don't read that much YA, but I really enjoyed Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones.

Not the End of the World by Geraldine McCaughrean was also very good, but also very dark and depressing a lot of the time.

I loved . Cassandra Clare is the type of writer that can surprise you every time and keeps you captivated to the end. Also the Shadowhunters are a very interesting twist on the normal demonhunter stories!
