The only book I read from austria was danger down under. It was about a foriegn exchange student stopping a murderer. It was a chapter book for older kids, but not teens. I forget who the author is.
Just added Lithuania for the last book I finished. We're slowly, but surely adding new countries.

To Turkey, I added Snow.
To Ireland, I added Pomegranate Soup and Rosewater and Soda Bread
To Afganistan, I added The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns
To Egypt, I added Mirrors, The Thief and the Dogs, and The Yacoubian Building
To France, I added The Elegance of the Hedgehog
To India, I added The Inheritance of Loss
To New Zealand, I added The Bone People
To Russia, I added Anna Karenina
I created "czech republic" and added The Unbearable Lightness of Being
I created "algeria" and added The Plague
I'll probably come back and add some more later.

nice! great ideas

added! and at least a book for each setting

I also noticed a bookshelf Budapest and since all other shelves are named after the countries and not the cities, it would be better to rename it in Hungary. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Budapest

Look to the left hand side where the shlves are listed and at the top is an edit. Click and it will take you to the edit page.

Added a shelf for at-sea. Which makes me wonder if shelves for specific bodies of water might be useful (pacific-ocean, atlantic-ocean, etc.) but I don't have titles to add at the moment, so it is just a thought.
It is great to see this group is still being used. I need to be better about adding my books as well.
I'd say wait until you have a book set in a specific body of water before adding the shelf, but it can't hurt to have the detail.

This is becoming a bit of a fun challenge for me, actually. I know that I've read books set in a particular state, for example, in my pre-goodreads days - now I need to dig up those titles and get them added to this group and to my goodreads! :-)
