I know zombies can go either the sci-fi or the paranormal route. I'm looking for some zombie books more on the sci-fi, sci-fi romance side, and was hoping that some of you might be able to make some recommendations. Thanks =)

I keep thinking of those Day of the Living Dead zombies wanting to eat brains, or those 28 Days Later zombies, that run really fast. I think if it were me trying to survive a zombie invasion, the last thing I'd have on my mind would be romance, LOL!
Here's another one that someone mentioned in another thread, it's a steampunk/romance with zombies:
Here's another:
I have read Married with Zombies really cute - humorous story
I suppose its a little romantic since it is about a married couple. I read this book
and while its a really great zombie book it does not have much romance but interesting dynamic between a brother and siser and it takes place in the future. This book
is also about zombies and there is a little love interest for the main character but its nothing serious but its there. I know this thread is old, did you ever find anything you enjoyed?

That's on mine too!And there's this one, which is an Erotic Romance, post-zombie apocalypse.
(Don't think it's to most of your tastes, but it looks really good plot/setting wise, and Charlotte Stein is an excellent writer.)
I've heard really good things about Warm Bodies by Marion . I don't know how far on the science fiction side of things it is, but the book's main point of interest is that the hero is a zombie. Apparently the author makes this not only work, but does it well.In any case, I read the excerpt online and it was good, but I'd largely forgotten about finding the book till now.
is free on smashwords.com, and the nook version is available for free on barnesandnoble.com right now. It's listed as a giveaway right now here on goodreads as well.
Oh, I was only commenting on the giveaway. I know those are a drag to select all the countries, but I'm always a bit frustrated when people select the Netherlands and not Belgium, since shipping to both is the same price.Smashwords doesn't care where I come from though, so I can get a copy there.
Haven't checked out Diamond Sand yet, so don't know if it's my thing, and I'm not very in the sfr mode currently, so it would probably sit a long time on my desk anyway.
For the giveaways (on Goodreads) you have to select each country by hand, it's a drag, they aren't sorted by region, and if you click wrongly you loose your entire selection. It's horrid.

Here's another one that I came across here on goodreads:
The description refers to "ferals" which sounds like zombies to me.
Dearly, Departed is the first in what appears to a YA zombie series. I'm not sure the zombie(s) are voodoo or sci-fi, but it looks really good.
