Grey marched around the princesses resting chambers as he kept one hand on his sword.
Alice sat in the kitchen making food for the royal family

Tracey walked around the castle, without her crown or fancy clothes.

Grey waked past her and bowed as he walked to the gates to began his duty as guard

Tracey bowed back and went to the kitchen

"Hello milady have you decide to help me cook?" Alice asked quietly as she finished making the prince's food

"Yes, but I'm not sure how"

Alice asked in her quiet voice "How about helping mix batter?"

"Okay..."

Alice smiled at her gently and said "Good job milady I must go deliver the prince his food.". She picked up his tray and walked to his room

Tracey frowned. She decided she didnt like to cook. She continued walking around the castle.

Alice knocked on the princes door

Tracey decided to go watch the guards

Grey walked around his post area and kept his hand on his sword

Tracey saw Grey. She noticed he was the one she saw in the morning

Grey bowed again and said "Good marrow milady."

"Uh...Hi. I have a question"

"Yes milady." Grey said/asked with a smile

"Are all the guards male, or are females allowed to be guards?"

"Only men may be guards but females may fight in wars if the king has allowed them to." Grey said

Tracey frowned "Okay."

"Also I'm your new bodyguard." Grey said with a smile

Tracey groaned. "Great! I mean.. no offense! It isn't anything personal."

"Its fine I'm also one of the knights of this country." Grey said as he stepped near Tracey

" That is so cool!"

Grey grinned at her as he stepped close enough so Tracey could see his face and hair

"How long have you been a knight?"

"I've been in training since I was 6." Grey answered with a smile

She smiled back.

Grey grinned. Alice knocked a little louder at Alexander's door to deliver his food

"Good day all." The prince walked around them in circles

"What's your name?"

"Grey, Grey Blackthorn." Grey answered. Alice sighed as she walked outside to look for Prince Alexander

"Well you can just call me Tracey"

"Nice to meet you Tracey." Grey said. Alice walked down the steps to delive the prince his food but she fell on the stairs

"Nice to meet you too Grey"

Grey smiled and kept his hand on his sword

He perked up lightly, running off to Alice. "Are you alright? That was an awfully terrible fall." He frowned.

"Can you show me your sword?"

"Im fine milord thank you for being concerned about my fall." Alice said in her quiet voice as she blushed

Grey nodded and slowly pulled out his sword which was as black as coal and had red designs on it

Tracey observed his sword. "Cool."

"Thank you." Grey said as he sheathed his sword

"What do you usually do all day?"

"Prithee be more careful." He smiled gently and helped her up

"I march inside watching and protecting or I'm out here doing guard duty." he answered

"Thank you. I had made some food for you but it fell. Is there anything you wish to eat?"Alice asked

"Sounds like fun"

Grey nodded

Her phone buzzed. "I have to go"
