This is the lecture on how RP’ing is done in this group.
- Our RP’ing style is different from the usual. It’s the now-and-here style, that you would use to describe something you’re doing in real life:
*Stands up*
I would like to sing a song
*Starts singing*
Don't worry
About a thing
- You have to keep your characters story somewhat true to the Harry Potter universe. Example:
- If you’re a werewolf you stay a werewolf. No magical cures, since none exists.
- Keep it somewhat realistic!
Example: A 1st year can’t beat a 4th year in a duel.
- HAVE A STORY BEHIND YOUR DRAMA!
Example: Voldemort CAN NOT just suddenly decide that you’re a threat. If Voldemort is after you, you have to be an actual threat, and for this to happen, you need to build some history.
We would all appreciate if you follow these lectures. It’d make RP’ing so much easier for everybody.
And just a bottom note:
There are some things you have to run by Madi, our headmod and founder of this group.
Example: If you want to create another character you have to ask her. If you want to become a werewolf/vampire you have to ask her. If you want to create a new topic, ask her.
