What's the Worst Book You've Ever Read? discussion

"Men are from Mars, Woman are from Venus". I wrote a horrible review. I know it must just be me; the thing was on the best-seller list for YEARS running. It just really bugged me, that damned book!

All it did was reiterate the outworn platitudes about the differences between men and women, most of which are sometimes true in a shallow way. What a corny old way to use and old metaphor from the Greeks, to likn men to Mars and owmen to Venus. Are all men warriors and all women gentle, kind, and beautiful?
