75 Books...More or Less! discussion

Ok, so for nearly all of November and December, I have been reading Stephen King's The Stand. And I have just finished last night (or this morning if you define 4 am as 'morning'). Should I add it to my 2011 list or 2010?

Where do you need the number most? :D

Jenn, I would say 2011 since that is the year you finished the book in. Like I've said before we don't have strick rules or anything so if you feel like it should be 2010 because that's when you read most of it then that would fine too :)

Yeah, I've always put a "finished in the year ___ " rule for myself the past two years I've done the challenge. It has happened to me both times I started a new one.

How did you like The Stand? It's on my to read list and I can't wait to check it out! For some reason I've been on this sci-fi kick lately and I feel it i similar to some of the other things I've read.

I LOVED it!!! I was glad we read it as a group because it is outside of my reading box...lol

Genevieve, I loved The Stand! King did it amazingly well, it was a great, disturbing story. The only problem I had was that King (and this is in all his books) has a sick obsession with killing all of the characters you love. Either way though, a very very good read.

Genevieve, if you plan to read it towards the end of this month I'd like to join.
