Calling all Demigods! discussion

To My Dearest CAD Memebers,
Over the past few month, I've have had the fortune of making a bunch of new friends and getting to have fun online. Here comes the bad part. Now before I say it, I have to say that I am NOT leaving Goodreads, or Calling All Demigods. My announcement is that my parent's are blocking this website on all the computers/laptops at home, so it will be hard for me to get on. The only way to get on is if I go on my mom's cell phone. The reason my parents are doing this is because they say, and I am quoting them," Alex, you're too obssessed with Goodreads. You need to do something else other than go on that ((enter favorite curse word/phrase)) website. Do you have a problem or something?" I was stunned. I don't go on 24/7, nor do I have a problem, but my parents have the authority here. I will do my best to sneak on, but no promises are being made. Even worse, midterms are coming up, so the week after this upcoming week, and the week after that I will be studying, thus limiting the little time that I had planned. ((Yes, I did say thus. I love that word.))

I feel like that would happen to me, but I got an iPod touch from my brother, so I go on that now, instead of a computer, where people can see me. >.>

Once again the restictive parents have gotten on the loose. *cue freaky psychopathic/sociopathic music, depending on your preference* I have gotten punished really, really, really badly, and my parents are pissed off. No, it's not because of Calling All Demigods or my time on the comp. It's because I got into a minor fight with one of my younger sisters, who started the fight, by the way, and my parents sided with her. Then they were all "Instead of fighting your sister, you should use your time to study more and bring your grades up." I, of course, got pissed off, and being me, I answered back. "Mom. Dad. Having one B+ on a report card, and the rest all A's is the best I can manage. It has nothing to do with studying. I'm not a genius or anything. You can't expect me to be good in everything." That was a big mistake. They got even more pissed off, and replied "Well, you don't have a job." I retorted with, "I work at the library." They said " A real paying job. You just get volunteer hours." I made a face like this : e________________________________________________o . The argument went on and on and on and on. There were also some stuff mentioned that I rather not talk about. So, what does this mean for me, you might ask yourselves. Well, this means probably a reduction in time on the compy. My parents are really pissed off, and they said some truly horrifying words : "We might just have to delete your Goodreads account, or change your password." By then, I was thinking, FML. e____________o My parents.... ugh.
Oh, and I won't be on the compy on February 5, from aprroximately 9:00 am- 5:30 pm, b/c of a birthday party.
