The Anemoi are wind gods who were each ascribed a cardinal direction, from which their respective winds came, and were each associated with various seasons and weather conditions.

Boreas: north wind and bringer of cold winter air
Notus: south wind and bringer of the storms of autumn
Zephyrus: west wind and bringer of summer breezes
Eurus: the east wind, properties similar to Notus but bringer of spring rains.

Name: Aureline DeLara

Age: 17

Appearance: Small and slender with a mass of white-blonde, silvery curls, Aureline resembles an ice statue. She has pale skin that is very sensitive to burning. If you happen to be one of the few that can coax a blush from her, she does so very quickly, cheeks tingeing a dusky pink. Aureline's charcoal-grey eyes, framed with thick dark lashes, contrast with the snowy planes of her face. Her dainty lips are pale unless she's been chewing on them: in that case they'll be red, another contrast. She dresses in understated clothing, tasteful and modern, with a somewhat surprising sense of style.

Personality/ History: Aureline has been absent at camp for a year for (as of now) unknown reasons. She has a home in Alaska with her mother, but that wasn’t where she spent her year away from camp. She likes to pretend she is invincible, untouchable, but she's not, though again, she may appear that way. Aureline is usually cold, though not emotionless— just frigid. She’s not a very outgoing person and strikes one as being deliberately mean. This can be true at times. Just when you think she's not listening anymore, she'll come up with biting comebacks that reduce some people to tears. Aureline is a master of cold tones and awful, acidic, sarcastic replies.
However-- if with someone she cares deeply about, it shows plainly in her eyes, the never failing windows to her soul.

Weapon: Aureline is experienced at most types of weaponry (if not at the stables, she'll be at the battle arena) but favours a dao, an ancient Chinese weapon similar to a saber. It freezes upon contact, and she uses it with a deadly and accurate grace, often summoning winds to help her in her battle.



Other: Being very advanced in the magic of her father, Aureline can summon freezing winds and snow when she is particularly riled up; generally when she enters a room the temperature becomes colder by a fraction of a degree or more if she wishes. She uses this magic to her utter advantage in battle, pushing herself to her limit. She loves horses, though, and one can see how truly warm she becomes when she is around this animal. She has a dove-grey pegasus mare she calls Brisa.
Aureline also has what you may call a 'special connection' with snakes; though she does not own any pets, this can also be used to her advantage in battle, as she can mentally call in the nearest venmeous serpent to deal with her foe. This is only used when she has no other options, as it drains her energy greatly.

Relationships
Devon: An odd couple, but strangely suited to one another, Aureline and Devon Graye of the Phobos cabin fell in love two years from the present. After several shaking situations, Aureline snapped and lost control over her insecurities which ultimately resulted in the loss of this boy.
Susanna: Susanna, a daughter of the love goddess Aphrodite, was dearer than a sister to Aureline. They were complete opposites; Susanna was warm and outgoing, patient, sweet, and wise. The two struck up a close friendship when they were both claimed on the same day. However, due to the increasing darkness of Dante Chevalier (see below), Susanna committed suicide by drowning in the grotto. This led Aureline to lose control over the few of her friends. She pushed Devon away and lashed out at Dante, blaming him for Susanna's death. She then mysteriously departed, only to come back a year later.
Dante: Aureline had been attracted to him before Susanna's relationship with him-- and during-- but kept her feelings under her icy mask. It was hard on her when Susanna died because she felt horribly guilty, having harboured that attraction during Dante and Susanna's relationship. Aureline convinced herself that it was Dante's fault and was lost in loathe for him.
Recent events, however, show that the two have a romantic pull. Aureline has fallen in love with Dante after the realization that she'd never truly blamed him; just needed someone to project her anger on.

Reddish brown auburn hair in curls and watery blue eyes in a freckled face that often receives negative feedback. Dimples, and slight eye bags, are her least striking feautures. She has fair skin. Not at all tall for her sixteen years (she could be fourteen for all you know). She is very thin and lithe, built for running. She has a Southern drawl that slurs her speech.
Personality/History: She is a little self-conscious and shy at first, but she's mostly robotic, military and very obedient, which is why she was allowed to work for Boreas even though she was daughter of the East Wind, Eurus. Some people catalogue her as negative and boring, although she's much more creative--in her clean and neat way.She has OCD and has to fix everything around her, much to many people's annoyance (although it helped in Boreas' home). She has been coworker of many Boreads that worked in Boreas' home, too.
Despite of her military ways, she refuses to go to Camp Half-Blood every year, but was forced by her mother, an Asian American woman who brought her up sternly.
She lives in New England.
Other: She is handy with the blowgun.
She uses the blowgun, however, under the most distressing circumstances. She prefers to use her wind powers.

Name: Marabelle (Mara) Contor

Appearance: http://www.emostyleonline.com/wp-cont... Mara has bright blue eyes. Her hair was originally a dirty blonde, but to make herself stand out more, she dyed it blue. Mara is average height, but since she likes to stand out in a crowd she will wear tall boots or no shoes at all. She looks almost the same as the picture, but no nose ring. Mara can tan in the summer, but usually stays in the middle of a pale and tan, what your skin would usually look like in autumn. Mara will tie her hair up on some occasions, but usually leaves it down. She also wears heavy eye-liner, mascara, and eye shadow, but aside from that, not much make up at all.

Personality: Mara is a happy girl with a breezy-like personality. She can remind you of a great day, then suddenly turn moody and in her I-hate-the-world kind of mood. It really just depends. She can be annoying, and she knows she's not perfect ,though she strives to reach that level. Mara is continually fighting with herself over decisions and has a hard time deciding on things, so she asks people about the weirdest things. Mara used to be the little girl at the back of her class and since no one noticed her she decided to stand out, so she can act and/or look really weird, depending on her mood.

History: Mara was a runaway child. She lived with her abusive and drunk mother, and when she came home from school her mother had been drinking a lot. Mara had received an F on an important test, and obviously her mother saw it (the teacher mailed it to the parents). Mara received many beatings, being grounded, and eating only dinner (which would consist of a small slice of bread and a cup of water). Mara climbed out of her window, never to be seen again (in that town). She was walking the streets when a monster attacked her. A satyr heard her scream, grabbed her hand and took her to camp Half-Blood (she was two blocks away). They were able to outrun the monster and made it in fine.

Other: Mara likes kittens, but is unfortunately allergic to cats.
An example of her being a little odd is when she will sometimes speak in opposites.

Name: Maxwell S. Ames

Age: 19

Appearance: Maxwell has slightly wavy brown hair which falls around his ears. His eyes are a dark brown color, and his skin is a light color. Tall, Maxwell stands at 5'9. He constantly wears a red hoodie, no matter the temperature outside, as well as a set of grey headphones.

Personality/History: Maxwell has an odd obsession with creating things. No, not 3D things, but figurative things. Sketches of them on paper. He has a notebook full of pages of sketches, paintings, etc.

He grew up with his mother in a log cabin in the woods somewhere in Oregon. He painted pictures of wildlife while at home, as well as other things from books he'd found (ie: cthulhus). He also has an obsession with stars. Not just stars in the sky that make constellations (see below for example)

Maxwell is a kindhearted fellow who will do anything for his siblings. He, however, can become annoyed quite easily, and will have his moments where he rants on and on about whatever had annoyed him.

Other: Don't ask what the S stands for. Just don't. You should just figure it out.

Appearance: Hair as black as midnight with a natural streak as white as snow on one side. Hair reaches a little past her shoulders. Icy blue eyes and long eyelashes. Small and petite. Long fingers.

Personality/History: Sarcastic, hot-tempered, witty, snarky, funny. When she is angry, the temperature drops drastically and she has been know to call up some winter storms. Her blankets usually have a layer of frost when she wakes up. She is working on developing her powers. She is icy to outsiders, but she is well-liked among friends.

Other: Her favorite weapon is a pair of daggers as long as her forearms. Her mom was killed by monsters so she stays at camp year round.

Name: Loia Stormway

Age: 16

Appearance: Loia is a tall teenage girl with long, dark hair. Her eyes are a piercing green that often unnerve people. She is thin, but strong for her size.

History: Loia was in an orphanage in a coastal city of Rhode Island. She was not very open with the others and was always found outside in the middle of storms, much to the dismay of her gaurdians. When she was seven, Loia ran away and was soon taken to Camp Halfblood. Loia is defensive and stands up for what she believes in.

Personality: Watch out for this girl's temper. If she gets angry, you don't want to be in her way or else there is a good possibility that you will get punched, shot, or stabbed. Or all three. Generally, Loia is a good person with a dark and witty humor. She has a limited amount of friends, but can get along well enough with almost any one. Almost.

Weapon: Hand-and-a-half broad blade sword; bow and arrows; occasionally a knife if it comes to it.

Alice is very....irritable. She's a brash, straightforward girl, with no intention of sparing your feelings. She’s surprisingly elegant, in a way. She has this certain air about her, but that doesn't hide the fact that she was, and still is, a bit of a rebel. This girl has quite a foul mouth, sadly, due to her ‘adopted’ father, Henry (He’s her neighbor, but she sees him as the father figure in her life). She tries to tone down the swearing every once in a while, due to the fact she likes young children because of being raised by her mother who was a daycare owner. Alice is a stormy being, which is kind of ironic considering her real father, Notus, is the bringer of storms. Despite this, Alice DOES, in fact, have a nice side. She has, as noted earlier, a soft spot for children and blue eyes. The reason she likes blue eyes is kept as a secret.
~Looks:
Her looks don't match her personailty, at all. Alice has thick eyebrows, and wild emerald green eyes, hidden behind a neat pair of cherry-red glasses.She has waist-length wheat blonde hair, that she keeps in two tidy pigtails.She gets comments about them, being called 'childish', due to her slim, almost childlike figure. She likes soft button downs, and worn clothes. It's fairly easy to find her trifling through the Lost-And-Found.

Raised in a small town 2 hours south on New York City, Alice had a fairly quiet life. She was hoomeschooled by her mother, a preschool teacher.Alice grew up in her mother's daycare. She cleaned up messes, played with the children, and hung around Henry, thier nehigbor alot. Henry is a loud man, who has a brave and abraisive personailty. Her wass her father figure in life, because she never really met her true father, Notus, personally- she really just hear stories about him from the other Children of Notus.

Name: Tauret Johana Hensley

Age: Tauret was born on April 25, 1995; making her 16 years old; in Phoenix, Arizona.

Appearance: Tauret, having a small frame, is sometimes compared to a pixie for her lithe movements and petite figure. Standing at a whopping height of five feet, she is constantly teased for her 'midget height'. At times, she attempted to dress in heels, but fell every five minutes for her immense lack of balance. Her skin, always slightly tanned, has a constant rosy flush that rests just on her cheekbones. Small dimples appear the moment her full lips flutter into a full smile, something that is usually seen on her face. Her eyes, which she describes as 'the color of poop', gleam every time she speaks, whether it be happy or not. Her long, chocolate hair waves slightly to where her shoulder blades protrude from the tank tops she usually wears. Tauret can usually be seen in skimpier clothing, though not because she likes to bare it all. Simply, her body temperature is higher than others. Usually at 101.6, this causes Tauret to easily overheat, therefore forcing her to wear less clothing that the others. Her shorts are thin material, worn-in the the point of breakage, and have fraying ends that fly in all directions. When she can get away with it, she wears crop tops that are silken and delicate. If not, she wears thin-strapped tank tops of about the same material. Tauret can be seen running around barefooted, until the adults force her to don her fragilely laced sandals.

Personality: Tauret is an entertaining spirit. Spirited, playful, and energetic, she never stops moving. She finds joy in arguing with people, whether in class, debate team, or just around her friends. No one has ever beaten Tauret in a debate, and she takes pride in that fact. She flaunts this actuality like a new pair of shoes, sometimes coming off as egotistical and narcissistic. She doesn't intend to act like this, however. She insists it's the jealousy of her competitors that paints this untrue assumption of her. Tauret is quite stubborn, not willing to accept other opinions and conceptions of reality. Her views are the only real accurate response to any question ever asked. Solely for this reason, Tauret was shunned as a child, even sometimes by her teachers. But what was she supposed to expect as she argued for hours on end with them, and proving them wrong? She is incredibly intelligent, often using large words just to confuse others.

Likes and Dislikes
Likes: Tauret likes being right, and is convinced she is never wrong. She highly enjoys arguing with just about anyone. It thrills her. The raised voices and the intellectual bantering raise an excitement in her that nothing else can. She enjoys running, though she can't often for fear she will overheat slightly too much, which would result in her body just about burning to a crisp.
Dislikes: Tauret hates stupid people. There is no other way to put it. The way the sputter and mumble wrong answers drives her crazy. She can't stand being in the same room as these intellectually challenges beings, and often will leave the room in a huff just so she doesn't go ballistic. Tauret also dislikes her heated body; she finds it awfully annoying and inconvenient, especially during mid-winter, when she is walking around in shorts. After sixteen years, she is used to the strange looks from passing beings, but it still irks her when the confused looks cross their chilled faces.

History: Tauret was born in the sunny state of Arizona, which only caused her more problems than she already had, to Jennifer Hensley, a single mother. The heat was almost too terribly hot to bear, especially on July 17, 2005, when she became so overheated her insides literally began to ignite under her glowing skin. Only two days after Tauret was released from the hospital her mother moved them to the upper regions of Canada, the coldest place she could find. Tauret lived happily there for six more years, before her mother finally told her the truth of her father. Tauret often repeats these words in her brain as she lays awake at night. "Your father is a god." At first, Tauret doubted her mother's explanation, but now, her first day at camp, she is beginning to believe.

Weapons: Tauret uses her voice to disarm enemies through large words and vague thoughts.
Pets: None. Tauret could never hold them without causing the loss of fur.
