O. W. L. S. : Occupations for Wizards and witches Looking for Something to do discussion

Hi everyone, Olivia here, tellin ya about the Triwizard Tournament. Here are some things you need to know...

- Beaxbatons and Dumstrang kids will be RP'ed using special "Triwizard Tournament Characters".

-There is no age limit for entering.

-The moderators will choose who gets to be in the Tournament based on how active you are.

-Even if your character is not picked, you can still cheer in the stands of the tasks.

-You can use existing Hogwarts characters to enter.

-Each task will be open for a week, so that we have time to get a good RP session in for each.

-Mods, if you want to RP an official at the Tournament, apply in the "Triwizard Tournement Characters" topic. All characters in the Dept. of Magical Games and Sports are automatically made officials.

-(I'll add more when I think of it)

For the Yule Ball, can anyone ask anyone, even if they aren't the same age?

I'm pretty sure you can ask anybody....but....I wouldn't ask anybody TOO out of your characters age group. Like, 11 year old asking 15 year old? Aaaawwwwkwaaard

Ermm... I gotta take Rachel's side on this one. I mean, if it's like, a fourth year girl with a fifth year guy, then yes, that's OK. But considering that most eleven-year-olds find dances horrifying, I'm guessing that a first year and and a fourth year would not go out with each other. But Logan, I suppose they COULD, because, as Barty said, it's only RP. =P

But I'm getting the idea that Logan is planning on having Tyler ask Carley out...Heads up Logan, Carley's only interested in guys her age and guys that are at least 2 inches taller than her ;)

UPDATE: THE BALL WILL BE POSTPONED TO LATER TONIGHT, which will offer more opportunities for asking people out. AND IT WILL LAST FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK, ENDING NEXT SATURDAY AT THE SAME TIME. Is that okay with everyone?

Okay... so far, 6 couples are going to the Ball.
Those couples are:
Jake and Tesse
Charlie and Brooke
Logan and Courtney
Duke and Nyx
Patrick and Carley
Andrew and Rory

If your character or characters don't have a date that doesn't mean you shouldn't go! Just go and hang out with your homies. :)

We will need three Professors to judge to determine which couple is the cutest, which are the best dancers and which are the best dressed. Any takers?

Ooo, Pax will be there! And she promises not to choose Nyx just because they're sisters. =P

The First Task will start on Sunday, April 3rd and it will end on Sunday, April 10th.

The Second Task will start on Sunday, April 17th and it will end on Sunday, April 24th.

The Third Task will start on Sunday, May 1st and it will end on Sunday, May 8th.

If anyone has any suggestions on dates that will work more conveniently for you, let me know! :)
