Dairy Free Butter Milk:
1 TBLSP lemon juice or white vinegar added to 1 c. of soy or rice milk. Let stand 5-10 minutes.

Dairy Free Sweetened Condensed Milk:
Note: This is for BAKED goods ONLY and should NOT be used in candy or frosting.
2 eggs
1 c. light brown sugar
2 TBLSP flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Beat eggs until well blended. Mix in sugar. Mix in vanilla. Add flour and beat 1 minute. Add baking powder and salt. Beat 1 minute. Let sit until needed in recipe.

unsweetened apple sauce 1/4c = 1 egg
mashed banana 1/4c = 1 egg
silken tofu 1/4c = 1 egg
1 TBSLP of water = 1 egg
1 TBLSP of flax meal mixed with 3 TBSLP of hot water. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken. This equals 1 egg.
