Nook Lending (Nest) discussion

Hi everyone, I have a nook color and I've been trying to use the "import contacts" feature. In the settings sections under app settings I hit the social button and I've linked my FB and Google accounts and it shows that I'm logged in but the FB button to enable sharing features and the Google button to import contacts won't work. I was in B&N for 45 minutes the other day trying to get them to help me but they couldn't figure it out. Any help would be much appreciated.
