The nearest book was Hush, hush. Ok!"This close to the ocean the weather changed constantly, and a rainstorm could quickly escalate into a flash flood."
The Host
"I'm sure you're just as qualifed as any Comforter - more so."
Is that how it's supposed to go?

"You did what you had to, Beatrice"
Last Sacrifice (VA)
PS: The original line is "You did what you had to." without your name (obviously)
:P
Rocks of Ages: Science and Religion in the Fullness of Lifeby Stephen Jay Gould"But maybe Alexander understood the golden mean after all, for it we add these extreme stories and divided by two, we may find an intermediate resting place of satisfaction for past achievements, combined with sufficient stimulation for further activity--and therefore no cause for any tears."
PS. this was the first book I picked on my bookshelf. And the 3rd sentence on page 50 hehehehe

There is a game (I don't know or I don't remember how it's called) but its concept is that you grab a book (the first you see, smell, hear calling your name) and you open it at a random page. You pick a sentence and you copy it here. (Or we can agree on a specific page. Let's say that we'll copy the 3rd sentence of the page 50)
As we add sentences, a strange, non-sense and - hopefully- funny story will be formed.
So? What do you think?
