"Melanie is a social psychologist and professor of psychology at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She holds a Ph.D in social psychology from Saybrook Graduate College and a master’s degree in teaching and curriculum from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has written numerous articles on psychology, animal rights, and social justice, and is also the author of the activist handbook Strategic Action for Animals.
Dinner will be provided at no charge. Food will be served at 6:30 PM, then Melanie will speak at about 7:00 PM."
