Great blog! I checked it out this morning and now follow you. I'm also a wanna-be writer - I'll be interested to see what you read and rate next!

Also, I saw you said you changed your blog to incorporate another blog you'd previously used as a journal-type blog. I have another blog that was going to be dedicated to writing; like my writing samples, writing links, tips, and more. Based on you're experience, would you suggest I combine mine too?

I decided to separate them so the books and my writing would have its own space. I may move some of it back to that blog but right now I wanted the focus to totally be on the books. On the writing blog, tips and and links would be a great idea. It'll help attract more readers to your writing!

Thanks for this conversation from both of you as I've been wondering and thinking on this back & forth of combining blogs etc...

Thanks Julie! I've been on Live Journal for a while so I was used to blogging but the books are a totally new thing to me. I'm an avid reader and I really like to share and discuss books so that's why I had to give it a go! Now if I could just figure out the giveaways...
