Serephina looked up, it was probably noon. "Oh no...the reaping..." She thought to herself. She then got ready, and went out to stand with the 16 year olds. She didn't know any of them. She wasn't trusted to harvest, and was kept in the woods by the Peace keepers until today.
Her name was in there over 50 times.
She took terasse for the poorest families, and so this was nothing new. It was usally in there near 70-100 times. But this year...

Serephina followed his gaze, until she guessed the reaping was over because she heard the name-caller as she had named the Capitol woman, said a very chipper "Happy Hunger Games!And may the odds be ever in your favor!"

Sam said nothing. They were led off

Serephina stared out the window, wondering who would be nominated for the Hunger Games.

Serephina looked at Sam, feeling sorry for him again. "I'm not going to get out...I don't need to...I'll be sure he does though..." She barely whispered.

"Yeah, I live in the woods."

"My parents were migrating from 12, Peacekeepers couldn't send me back but they didn't trust me either. The only time I was out of the woods was during a reaping. Since I didn't have any family, my name was put in for the poorest families. Hence the reason my name's in there over 50 times."
