32. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT GALE WOULD HAVE VOLUNTEERED FOR HAYMITCH IN THE SECOND BOOK IF HE HAD BEEN ALLOWED TO!
33. The only reason that he didn’t volunteer in the first book is because he needed to take care of Prim and her mom.
34. He can provide for Katniss.
35. Meaning he can provide more than stale bread.
36. He is a hunter and if at some point Katniss needs to be at home with children, he can provide a stable diet of meat, fruit, and bread for his family and that of Katniss.
37. No it is not romantic at any sense.
38. But how can you see a world that torn apart where people are starving and not think sensible instead of romantic?
39. Gale cares for Katniss.
40. Yes you can say Peeta cares too, you can mention the time he gave her some bread and got in trouble for it.
41. Gale however has been risking his neck for a long time to hunt with her, go to the market with her.
42. They have formed a relationship that will never fail no matter what they do.

44. No matter what Katniss does, no matter where she goes, no matter how many times she pretends to be in love with Peeta, Gale is STILL THERE.
45. He doesn’t push Katniss or trick Katniss into things like Peeta does with the aide of Haymitch.
46. He is true to her in many ways that get over-looked in the context of the books.
47. At some point in the first novel, GALE HELD UP A PIECE OF BREAD WITH AN ARROW STUCK IN IT!
48. This to me is a symbol that Katniss should have killed Peeta in the first book. ^_^
49. Peeta looked at her meaningfully while the gong rang HOLDING BACK HER CHANCES OF GETTING NECESSARY SUPPLIES.
50. In Mockingjay, Katniss saved Peeta.

Yes Gale is amazing because he is so smart and rather cool, he can HUNT and make a living while Peeta confuses his love to Katiness.

its alright :) I just really hate when people swear because there is absolutely no point in swearing because there is many other ways you can express your feelings without using them.

actually i think most of the people in this group are team peeta but the people who belong in this discussion are team gale so therefore i would prefer it if you scadadeled on over to your discussion folder where you can discuss your twisted love for peeta. :)

the reason i posted my opinions on "why gale should be with katniss" was because many of those "reasons" were just bashing peeta and had no solid evidence or proof and i understand those are your opinions, but they are not actual proof or reasons.
