I'm making egg, bacon and spinach pie this weekend. That's what I say now.

Thanks! I couldn't find pie and had to make do with a cupcake.

This pie of mine will be minus the bacon. I will probably slice some tomato on top with some cheese. I had to chuck the bacon,it was past its 'use by' date .

I sauté onions then throw in the spinach until just wilted before I put it into a crust.
