Book Buying Addicts Anonymous discussion

Most of you likely have notice lately we seem to have been invaded by annoying spammers who keep posting identicle messages in multiple threads that have nothing to do with the subject of the threads. As I see them I am deleting them as well as the poster of these from the group. I will do the best I can to get rid of these annoyances as quickly as I can, but you can probably help by flagging these messages for the Goodreads staff. Thanks.

I flagged some and I'll keep flagging them as I spot them.

Oh my..I didn't realise I could actually press the flag button >_<;; It was greyed out on my screen so I just assumed I couldn't.

I saw it happen last night while I was on the boards...I wanted to remove them instantly..Stupid spammer x(

Joseph, since I couldn't find a practical spot for this question thought I'd throw it into the Admin Spammers section. do you know how to vet a book added to goodreads? It is actually a short story, but I wanted to include in my read books one called The Disappeared by Irving Belateche. I can't seem to add it or find how to get it added.

Tiffany -- I can answer that question. You can go to the Goodreads Librarians group and ask that a librarian add the book to the website, or you can contact a librarian directly. Since I am a Goodreads librarian, I will check to make sure that book has been added in the year since you left this message. :)
