Hi, I'm Carolyn. I am a paranormal investigator and have been exploring the paranormal for 20 years. I am the assistant editor and contributing writer for a new paranormal magazine, MyPara Paranormal Magazine, based on MyPara, the paranormal networking site for serious, logic-minded investigators: www.mypara.net I also have started my own blog, which is intended to provide information and resources for fellow investigators as well as enthusiasts who are thinking of becoming more involved in paranormal research. http://carolynscreepycorner.blogspot.com.
Hi I'm Amanda and mostly I jsut read a lot of books in this area such as Wierd US books, Haunted America, Haunted Ohio (where I'm from) and many of the ghost story collections across the board.
I just started to read novels after I came in the US in 2006. Since than, I have read some interesting horror and ghost books. My most favorites r as mentioned below1: the haunting of the hill house: a great plot, with a chill writing.
2: salem's lot: the big highlight of this book is the imagining of the MARTEN's house.
3: the stand: the whole book was great, except the ending.
4:BOOKS OF BLOOD: a great ride with all the three volumes I have read.
Readers are good, Amanda. Writers need readers, after all, it's why we write books. I read Haunted America and Weird Virginia myself-in fact, have the books.
Welcome, Monty. I've been a big fan of Shirley Jacson since I was in eight grade in the late 60s and read The Haunting of Hill House and We Have Always Lived in the Castle. Another one you might want to read in the fiction category is The Legend of Hell House: The Screenplay--not the screenplay though, the novel.
I hope you check out some of the nonfiction ghost books too.

Since I live in Virginia and wrote regional ghost books myself (check out my name for those on Goodreads), been to a lot of places in Virginia for mine. The photos are those I took myself.
Hi, I'm Debye and I love to read non-fiction paranormal, especially those featuring Texas. I also watch a variety of the paranormal shows.
