I'm a big Charles Monroe fan. Don't you just love it that he calls Eve Lt. Sugar? As soon as I figured he was going to be a recurring character, I saw Eddie Cibrian in this role.

Funny how she let's him get away with that. She has always seemed to have a soft spot for him.

LOL..you really can feel the irritation just roll off of Roarke when Charles calls Eve Lt. Sugar! It quickly brings out the Alpha Male side of Roarke and you just feel that he wants to yell MINE! Love it.



I remember that!! Charles deserved having a relationship. I remember he was attracted to Eve but as Mira said Eve has a shady of prude. She couldn't see how it could work but he really wanted to love and be loved without limitations. I loved that he found that.
