Tom mentioned A Game of thrones for $9.77? Is that only if you are on the trial version? I am already a member so i cant check this, but for me it says $39.15

I think Tom was talking the per credit price. A Game of Thrones is for sale for 1 credit instead of 2. I'd hurry because who knows how long that will last. Credits go on sale loose every so often and they do get to be cheaper than 10 bucks a throw if you buy three.

I dont know what you mean by per credit price, but it is normally two credits, or $50. It is on sale for 1 credit or $39.

Am i missing something? can you purchase extra credits for $10? that would undermine their entire business model.

Oh many of his Mac Break Weekly Audible picks are as long as possible for a credit. He likes to stick it to man as it were.

If you get the Platinum plan it is 2 credits a month for $22.95 ($11.47 each) but if you buy a years worth all at once 24 credits go for $229.50 ($9.95 each). Every so often they email an offer for extra credits in 3 packs for around $10-$12 a piece.

The regular prices are high for somethings. I try to never waste a credit on anything that is less than $10 but after that credits are generally a good deal.

So basically there is no way to get game of thrones for $9.77 without altering my plan in some way.

I completely agree, never use a credit on anything that cheap. Ahh well. I was hoping to purchase that and solve the problem of starting game of thrones, or Abecrombies stand alones with my next credit.

(a small tip-If you cancel your subscription before your trial is over, they will offer you 3 months for $8 instead of $15)

FYI: On EBay at the moment there's a brand new unopened one on CD for $22 after 2 bids.

I don't know why different folks see different prices. I was looking at the price on Audible when I was logged in andnit was 9.77. My mistake for not logging out!
