All these different books keep on claiming that their dragon types re the real ones! Which do you believe?

I think I believe Cirulio Cabral's 'Book of the Dragon'. He says there is three main catagories:
1. Earth Dragon (Most common)
2. Water Dragon (not common, not rare)
3. Fire Dragons (Rarest `cause they live in vulcanoes)

hmmm...yeah...now that u put it THAT way...
uh... I believe in the... all types of dragons?
1.The geographical version like european dragons and stuff.
2.Of course Forgotten realms such as the greens,reds,blacks, and blues.
and others but not going to go on.

hay your here to kat? i beleve that dragons are Mythical Creatures and as such are up to the opionion of the creater. i my self have created my own version of dragons but i dont want to write obout them now, maybe tomorrow...
ok its tomorrow, there are 3 different species of dragons (that i made up, me and no one eles) they are 1 Oro 2 Cobre 3 Acero.
the first Oro are gold and silver color, and male and female respectivly. the use magic that is far beyond that of human magic-users. the are about the size of small cats, with a wingspan of about 3 1/2 ft. and live a very long time, about 1000 years. the Oro are benovlent and kind, but ferice when angered.
the second are the Cobre. they are bronze and brass color, male and female respectivly. they use illusion magic only. they are about the size of a labrador retrever with a wingspan of 6 ft. and live about 150 years. the Cobre are a wicked and mean-spirited, the use their magic to trick and kill the unwary.
the third are the Acero. they are steel (crome) and iron (dull gray) colored, male and female respectivly. they use no magic, but are very phyical, they like sports, races and wrastling and such. they are about the size of an avrege horse, with a wing span of about 20 ft. the Acero are VERY freindly and playfull, if a bit on the dumb side.

Well . . .I'm writing a book called I,Immortal and it's set in the land of Ralacor.Ralacor is populated by hominids(elves,humans,dwarves),animals(badgers,cats,etc.,ect.) mythical creatures(unicorns,griffins,pheonixs,chimeras,sea serpents(not to be confused with water dragons)cenetaurs,etc.,etc.,etc.) and dragons(water dragons(amphibeous sorts),earth dragons(more standard) and fire dragons(reclusive,live in volcanoes).Those are the 3 catagories but their are many subspecies.They are all highly intelligent and are the dominant race.Any species can become evil.Though mostly the evil ones live in our world being killed by the odd hero and such.

sorry i dont have the skill to write a book. i just got lots and lots of ideas! i havent even got into the cross breeds of the different dragons! or the hero of the story (Steven)

I love your dragons!I think I've read "Dragon Wing" and I plan on reading "Dragon and Thief" and "Dragon Lance".My book is basically about a boy named Jason, a White Dragon called Tundra,a girl named Akkira,a Golden Dragon amed Rak`nor,a bumbling magician called Malcolm,and a sarcastic,black timber wolf named Renn.They are in a desperate race to find the Well of the Immortal so they can stop an revenge crazed man from awakening an ancient evil . . .

there are three races of dragons and 6 cross-reeds of those 3 races.white = steel/silver Pladain
green = gold/iron Ranger
blue = bronze/silver 1000 year old Sage
brown = gold/brass Thief
red = steel/brass killer for higher
black = bronze/iron evil minpulater
