Anita, Your book description is intriguing. I'm no help but hope someone knows this one, I'd like to read it.
I read the book around 2007 more or less in Ireland's library - i guess that's no big help, but maybe someone is frequent library visitor and has seen something like this book.
Oh! I don't know which one you're thinking of, but that's the Withern Rise trilogy by Michael Lawrence! I love the first two books- I really have to find the third one one of these days...
Thank you thank you thank you...I can't even express how much i wanted to read this book again...
Now seeing that the author is Michael Lawrence im like *facepalm* how could i not know that... :D
and i think the book i was thinking about is crack in the line...but now reading the reviews i come to think that i have read underwood see as well...
Well now the only thing i have to do is get them and read them in the right order... :)

All i can remember or at least it think the book had silvery blue cover with a tree, i think the book might have more then one part.
What else?
- A house near a river or some water, the story was a bit divided since there was the house in one time and in diff time...in one of the realities the river usually in spring got out of its shores and flooded the house, outside the house there was a tree...
- I think there were two kids, each from the diff time and once they went to see the graves and found the one guys or girls gravestone...
- As i keep writting i think there was also something about when one of the kids time travelled to the other reality he had a plastic bag or something and when he reappeared in the other reality he slipped on the tree branch or something and got the bag wrapped around his head and choked? or he fell into the water and drowned - maybe it's my imagination...can't tell for sure...
Thanks for any help and sorry for the long text...
