@J.A. Wow, grats! I'm trying to write a UF novel, but recently decided I didn't like most of the beginning and a lot of what was written, so I'm not getting very far. :P That's so exciting for you!

Thanks. I shouldn't worry too much about not liking your first attempt. Darkness & Light was my 4th attempt at writing a novel--my first three will most certainly not see the light of day. :)

I read Jeaniene Frost's page on "for writer's" and it help put everything into perspective for me :)
