Kannapolis Paranormal Booksuckers discussion

So ConCarolina is coming up in June. If you have never been to a convention you should def try this one. There are lots of authors who will be there who are willing to sign their books :) I know several authors like Turttledove, Faith Hunter, Gail Martin and mucho more are going to be there. Also, if you watch shows like Chuck or Sanctuary, you may see a familiar face or two.

Just saw that tickets are for the entire 3 days are $30 -but this offer runs out May 20th. I also saw that there is going to be a Buffy-Dr. Horrible sing a long :)

I really wish ConCarolinas and Heroescon would stop being the same weekend. It's really rough on us cash strapped geeks. Local authors are going to be at heroescon as well.

Their events don't really appeal to me, so ConCarolinas is a no-brainer, especially with the huge amount of anime their showing.

This bed rest thing really sucks right now! No idea if I'll be allowed up by then or not.

I had a great time at this Con! Was in a panel that discussed the Harry Potter books and movies. I thought I had died and gone to geek heaven. Also had the opportunity to listen to "experts" talk about vampires..amazing! There was also a Geek comedy tour!
