Great thanks!
Joy Marie wrote: "Would The Loch work, as in Loch Ness for Part B?"
I think loch refers to a lake or inlet, but not a place name. I don't think it will work. If you can find a reference, I'll take another look.

Would you take Euphrates (i.e., the Euphrates River), which originates in Turkey?Map: http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/m...
The Far Euphrates

I think that refers to the river not a region, and it seems as though the "Euphrates River basin" is identified as an "ecoregion of the Middle East" (New World Encyclopedia and others). If you can find another reference, I'll take another look

For B, would you accept The Alhambra Decree? Wikipedia says that Alhambra "is a palace and fortress complex constructed during the mid 14th century by the Moorish rulers of the Emirate of Granada in Al-Andalus, occupying the top of the hill of the Assabica on the southeastern border of the city of Granada in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia."That seems like a specific place in Moorish spain.

Generally, specific buildings would not work for this task.
I found a reference calling Alhambra "a municipality in Ciudad Real, Castile-La Mancha, Spain". I'll take it.

I was beginning to despair of finding one to fit this task in my own books at home.
Thought I'd share this link http://www.goodreads.com/list/show/13... It's a list of books with days of the week, for anyone that hasn't thought of an option for Part A yet, this might help you choose.
